Not Good! Was told by the agent when I scheduled my reservation on the main reservation line told me when I returned the car they would dive me home. Speaking with the Sharon , Pa office they state they do not provide this service! Beware! My bet this the person I made the reservation with had a hard time speaking English and I know I had to repeat and spell many words! HMMMM! to start off, I thought I had a great interaction with Nathan at the time I returned the rental car. I was told that there wouldn't be any additional charges to my credit card, even though the car was returned 2 days after the due date, due to my trucks repairs not being completed yet. fast forward one month and my credit card statement has $99.99 charges for two days. I call and talk to Nathan and he proceeds to explain that the insurance company refused the additional charges. Had this been discussed at the time of drop off, I could have called the insurance company, but now the insurance company has to go back to claims review, which according to my phone conversation with them, most likely won't be in my favor. My issue mostly is with the fact that I was SPECIFICALLY told there would not be any additional charges. plus, now my conversation with Nathan (still very professional) but with a slightly edgier tone, now that I'm not a potential paying customer. well, I'll just have to use a different rental company next time and see if they're better. too bad. The only reason I chose 1 star is because there is nothing less. This is the worst experience I have had in my entire life. I have never been treated so poorly even in my worst experiences. At this point I would rather spend 100% more money to rent a vehicle than EVER give this unprofessional establishment my business. I have used enterprise for MANY years in many places and this is the first time I was ever treated so repulsively. The representative who claimed to be the supervisor was 1000% disrespectful and when held accountable for such atrocity, refused business and continued to be foul. First of all he chose to do so on my birthday and second, right before Christmas the remaining details leave this company on my permanent list of NEVER AGAIN. I had a brief interaction with the other employees, and all very were kind and professional. I am writing though on behalf of Nathan. A true professional. I first interacted with Nathan during a stressful situation. I was definitely a bit flustered. Nathan kept calm and professional, and in turn, made me feel more relaxed. There were circumstances that neither Nathan nor I could change, but he really worked with me and made me feel comfortable. If you have rental car needs, please try and utilize this location. The management at this location and very rude, very disrespectful and very unprofessional to customers and said if I complained again they would not rent to me. I made a legitimate complaint to Enterprise Corporate Headquarters being investigated now and even filed a police report about the situation it was so bad. The manager at this location was aggressive and downright rude. The manager told me to use Lump Car Rental because if I complained again they would not rent to me. I have filed a formal complaint with Enterprise Corporate and have asked them to review the cameras to confirm the rudeness, disrespectfulness directed to me. The Regional Manager seems to not care about this behavior and does not have any ability to control the local manager situation. Unfortunately there is not much competition like Hertz, Alamo, Avis, Budget or otherwise in this area. Please be on your guard if you rent from this location and I recommend using your phone's video to record your experience for proof of the poor management and poor customer service. read more

Great experience during a stressful week where I'd be without my trusty old vehicle for a few days. Chad at the Hermitage Enterprise office was awesome. He and his colleague were exceptionally gracious and pleasant during both the pickup and return, even though I had a few dumb questions (fortunately, I don't do this often enough to know how things go during the process).
