We called to clarify with them that they indeed needed to pick us up in one of the two counties that they are listed as "licensed" in the state of PA. Rochelle said that they could pick us up in downtown Pittsburgh. A quick call back to confirm the contract was received (after other transportation options had filled up) yielded a different story. They in turn decided not to honor our contract for our Wedding Day because of their mistake. Now we are left high and dry. A complete waste of my time and efforts leaving us high and dry without adequate transportation. If they resolve the matter I will update my review accordingly until then I am supremely disappointed. Unprofessional! Until I hear back a solid resolution to this situation (if any effort on their part to right the wrong they committed) I will leave this at One Star.

After having been partially destroyed by fire, vacated by a vagrant, and after sitting unloved and overgrown, the house has taken new life after being restored by the Winner family in the past 29 or so years. It really is magical inside and outside. I can see why people choose this as a wedding venue. I would love to come back and stay there and experience the spa. The guest rooms are pristine and the grounds are gorgeous.
