The transmission, specifically the Transmission Control Module, is well documented to have been an utter disaster that Ford knowingly put on the market between 2012 and 2017. I have barely used the car, at only about 81,000 miles, and Ford has repeatedly refused to honor their Customer Satisfaction Program for my vehicle, even though the 10 year/150,000 extended warranty does not end until October 2026, since my car in-service date is October 2016 and I am well under the mileage limits, as confirmed by Ford corporate customer service. I was given a case number, but was advised that the case was immediately closed. I wasn't even given a moment of consideration. Furthermore, when I bought the vehicle, the information and spec sheet that the dealership posts on the windshield was used to cover a windshield crack that I was unable to see when I was shopping the vehicle. When asked for a repair, they said it already had been repaired, and that the crack was simply cosmetic. It's not so much the cosmetic issue for me - it's that they willingly and knowingly covered it with a sheet of paper so that it wasn't readily apparent, nor did the salesman make me aware of it. Incredibly dishonest people. I do not recommend this dealership, even if you are truly desperate for a vehicle. Buyer beware.

The Joe Cooper website needs to be more transparent, especially on new vehicle rebates and the 0% interest rate offer. We went Thursday to buy a jeep, and found out the rebates advertised online would not be part of the deal. The rebates online are not itemized, so if you see $5000 in rebates, they can change the number to anything they like. We were told 1000s of the rebates were only if you owned quarter horses, even though their website doesn't state anything about that. The sale prices in the dealership and online were changed multiple times. Online , on their own website it showed 39144, the prices in person skyrocketed to 57,000 and after hours it finally went down to 40k. The website price changed three times while we were at the dealership, so we started taking screenshots every hour, wish I had the original one. They even attempted to gouge us at 11.5% interest even though we were pre-approved for much lower and have tier one credit. Extremely insulting comments were also made by the last finance guy in Yukon we dealt with. It was beyond insulting to have some moron attempt to speak Spanish with me. Although I can speak multiple languages, my wife can not. If I wanted to speak Spanish, Italian, or any other language I would move to a country where those are the primary languages. As a veteran, I found it extremely unprofessional. The fact no member of management from yukon has reached out since, tells me it is a common practice by them. We will not purchase any other vehicles from them, or ever use them for maintenance again. I recommend avoiding them.

We drove almost two hours today to view, test drive, and purchase the vehicle. When we arrived the first thing we noticed were the pictures online misrepresented the condition of the car. In the pictures online the car looks decent with no chipped paint or scratches. Upon further inspection there was peeling paint, scratches on the exterior and a large crack in the windshield. In the interior of the car the headliner was secured by thumbtacks, the backseat leather was ripped, and the glove compartment came completely off in our hands. The online ad for this particular car advertised AC blows cold air, but once the car was started we tested the AC only to discover it was blowing hot air only. My husband test drove the car and stated he was surprised that the car made it back to the dealership after only a short test drive. Once my husband and daughter arrived back at the dealership my daughter was visibly upset and my husband told the salesman that we were not interested in the car. The salesman asked "What's wrong with it?" The more appropriate question would be what's not wrong with it? So we had to drive two hours home with a heartbroken and disappointed daughter. All I can say is consumer be aware. This dealership specializes false advertising disguised as a good deal!

My daughter drove her 2019 39k mile car 5 times before overheating and finding coolant in the engine, cracked engine, and it needed to be replaced. My shop said $8k to fix with an engine with 19k miles and warranty. I called Legend Auto Sales because I did NOT buy a car specifically with under 50k miles and around 6 yrs old to be unable to drive it in less than 2 weeks! Jeremy said he would get with the owner and try to work something out. After weeks of checking in and calling and yes needed a new engine they finally said it was ready. I told him my daughter would pick it up and you know what he said?!? Is she going to pay for it? WTF!! Well there was clearly a misunderstanding because I thought they were trying to make it right. But what can I do? So I paid $3400 more for an overpriced POS with 89k miles on it. It ran for one month and now overheating again and my daughter stuck on the highway!! Never go here! Please. The best recourse I have is to keep them from ever making another dollar. And Jeremy sucks at his job. The owner sucks at his job and the dealership should be shut down. They sell cars with major problems. Dealing with my own car issues now too. Not leaving me on the side of the road but not worth the price I paid. Wish me luck. Have a nice day. Buy a car somewhere else though.
