Even…read moreafter purchasing two cars from Joe Cooper previously, it will be really hard for us to even consider using Joe Cooper as an option to purchase a vehicle from them again. The Joe Cooper website needs to be more transparent, especially on new vehicle rebates and the 0% interest rate offer. We went Thursday to buy a jeep, and found out the rebates advertised online would not be part of the deal. The rebates online are not itemized, so if you see $5000 in rebates, they can change the number to anything they like. We were told 1000s of the rebates were only if you owned quarter horses, even though their website doesn't state anything about that. The sale prices in the dealership and online were changed multiple times. Online , on their own website it showed 39144, the prices in person skyrocketed to 57,000 and after hours it finally went down to 40k. The website price changed three times while we were at the dealership, so we started taking screenshots every hour, wish I had the original one. They even attempted to gouge us at 11.5% interest even though we were pre-approved for much lower and have tier one credit. Extremely insulting comments were also made by the last finance guy in Yukon we dealt with. It was beyond insulting to have some moron attempt to speak Spanish with me. Although I can speak multiple languages, my wife can not. If I wanted to speak Spanish, Italian, or any other language I would move to a country where those are the primary languages. As a veteran, I found it extremely unprofessional. The fact no member of management from yukon has reached out since, tells me it is a common practice by them. We will not purchase any other vehicles from them, or ever use them for maintenance again. I recommend avoiding them.

I've been burned by dealerships before; Kalidy Kia for example (their obnoxious advertising reminds…read moreme every day about their trash integrity and customer service). So I end up walking into any dealership assuming they're going to be dishonest. I recently purchased a vehicle from Jim Norton, but the vehicle that was delivered was slightly different than the one I was expecting to get, and when it arrived I pointed out what was missing from what was originally agreed upon. Wavin (the dude who sold me the car) and Vinny (his manager) gave me a 'We Owe' sheet stating Jim Norton would provide me the originally agreed upon add-on items once they arrived. I made a comment saying "Kalidy Kia gave me one of those 'We Owe' sheets and they never honored it until I got the Attorney General's office involved." Wavin responded with "We aren't Kalidy Kia." And you know what? That is a very true statement. Jim Norton has done right by me so far, and it's been a pleasant experience (aside from the minor communications lapse while I was waiting on my new vehicle). Their service department is kinda meh so far (one of the advisors I've dealt with was crotchety as hell, and they lost my keys at one point), but as far as a new vehicle purchase is concerned, Wavin and Vinny have both made me have to rethink my opinion about car dealerships as a whole. The price was fair (they actually were more flexible than I expected them to be) and they have been true to their word, and professional in all of their interactions. I would recommend them both.

From the moment I arrived, Eli made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle--not just making a sale. He was attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and kind every step of the way. I never felt rushed or pressured into adding extras or making a decision before I was ready, which I really appreciated. I also have to recognize Tyler, who went above and beyond to help find alternative options that better fit my needs. That level of dedication and willingness to help speaks volumes about the customer service at this dealership. Overall, everyone I interacted with was professional and easy to work with, and they made what is usually a stressful process a genuinely enjoyable one. Based on this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to return for my next vehicle and will definitely recommend Jim Norton Dealership to friends and family.

We drove almost two hours today to view, test drive, and purchase the vehicle. When we arrived the first thing we noticed were the pictures online misrepresented the condition of the car. In the pictures online the car looks decent with no chipped paint or scratches. Upon further inspection there was peeling paint, scratches on the exterior and a large crack in the windshield. In the interior of the car the headliner was secured by thumbtacks, the backseat leather was ripped, and the glove compartment came completely off in our hands. The online ad for this particular car advertised AC blows cold air, but once the car was started we tested the AC only to discover it was blowing hot air only. My husband test drove the car and stated he was surprised that the car made it back to the dealership after only a short test drive. Once my husband and daughter arrived back at the dealership my daughter was visibly upset and my husband told the salesman that we were not interested in the car. The salesman asked "What's wrong with it?" The more appropriate question would be what's not wrong with it? So we had to drive two hours home with a heartbroken and disappointed daughter. All I can say is consumer be aware. This dealership specializes false advertising disguised as a good deal!
