I first met Navi in late 2021 for a lash appointment. I took a break from getting my lashes done after my dad passed, but when I came back in 2023, I searched for her specifically, and I've been seeing her every three weeks since. Navi really took the time to help me find the lash style that suited me best. Since I wear glasses, I didn't like when my lashes brushed against the lenses. She worked with me to figure out the perfect look--starting with L and M curls in a cat eye shape, and eventually moving to CC curls that gave me a wispier style, made my eyes look bigger, and worked perfectly with glasses. At one point I wanted spikes and she made it happen. Whatever lash style you're hoping for, Navi can create it. Even though one of my eyes tends to lose lashes faster than the other, she always made my lashes look full and even after each refill. What I love most is how gentle she is. I barely feel her removing grown-out lashes, and it never hurts. She's also given me great advice on how to take care of my lashes and recommended a lash serum that actually works. Her lashes last long but with proper care! Navi is also the sweetest lash tech I've ever had. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and has the skill to deliver any lash look you want, I can't recommend Navi enough. This placed open 3 weeks ago. Charming spa , I was greeted right away upon entry by Navi and Candy. I found them from Groupon. I had the 90 minute deep tissue massage . Candy was my masseuse , she did a great job. The room was dim light and cozy. After I lay on the table , Candy worked her magic, within 30 seconds my back made strange sound , it pop. I was so surprised because it was quick. Throughout the session she continued to work her magic, she had me so comfortable and relaxed that my body easily cracked/pop throughout the session, from my upper back to my feet. I felt a bit embarrassed, but completely comfortable. This is the most I have ever heard my body makes noise from a massage. After Candy was done with my back, she wiped me down with a warm towel and then I flipped over and worked on the rest of my body. When the 90 minutes were over, it felt short. I wanted more. They currently have a soft opening and it is 20% off , but you better hurry if you want a better deal on Groupon. I went here for my birthday for a 90-minute massage, and unfortunately this visit was disappointing. I've been here before and previously had a great experience, which makes this one even more frustrating. About 10 minutes into my massage, another masseuse came in and unexpectedly took over, which completely disrupted the relaxing atmosphere. Throughout the session, the masseuse's phone kept vibrating from incoming text messages, and she occasionally checked it during the massage, which felt unprofessional and distracting. On top of that, the lighting in the room was much brighter than expected and not very relaxing. The masseuse did add complimentary CBD oil and hot stones during the massage, which I appreciate, although I had not requested those additions. Unfortunately, it did not make up for the overall unpleasant and distracted experience. I was really looking forward to a peaceful, uninterrupted experience for my birthday, but overall the environment and service made it difficult to fully relax this time around. I hope they pay more attention to professionalism and customer service moving forward because I know they're capable of providing a much better experience. read more

I called to schedule 2 appointments for massages for Father's Day. The woman said she needed a deposit of $60 on my card, in order to book. I have been here before and the service was okay. My massage the lady was stretching me, which was painful, they use oils to massage, after they massage they come with a wet towel to wipe off the oil, it's just a weird feeling laying there naked and getting wiped with a wet towel, plus I want to keep the oil on. It seems like different therapist have different styles & they do the stretching thing and pressure points, not a fan. I tried them twice and after they wouldn't book my appointment today I'm done with them. Then the lady called me back, still asking for deposits. I said I was not interested any longer, we decided on pedicures instead. I usually go to Esthetics by Jeannette on Butano Dr. now this is a grand spa, services to die for and prices are nice! I got my lashes and massage done by Navi. She provides excellent services and was very accommodating to all my request when asked. She allows me to look at my lashes and see if I liked or not and would not hesitate to fix it, unlike others some would argue back if they needed to do some minor adjustment. Navi's massage was on point due to the pressure she used on my back. I have loosen up and felt really relaxed after Navi removed my knots/tensions from my upper back.
