Now it sounds like I am writing a bad review but I wish I could give these 5-stars to one specific representative. Agustin Ortiz from the corporate office was beyond amazing. Not only did he call me back when the call dropped but he stayed on the line to answer all my questions and gave me his ext and email in case I have any further questions. He was extremely professional and competent. I cannot say the same for any other rep working as Adriana's Insurance as some of them would hang up when they didn't know the answer to a question. I truly hope this company recognizes Agustin's capabilities with a promotion as it is well deserved for being patient, knowing, and saving this company's reputation from another bad review.

Sonia, was the agent who was in charge of my claim. Spoke to someone who doesn't understand english at first, when she heard my last name was Korean, she started talking in Korean which is perfectly fine but what if I was someone who doesn't speak Korean at all? Nightmare begins when speaking to Sonia. Told her i was in an accident with CalKor insurance holder and I have the name and policy number ready if she's ready. Her response was " Ok Take the policy number to auto body shop and get your car fixed." ?? Without even asking me about my info, without even asking where and how the accident occurred, without providing me with a claim number. She told me to go ahead and take my car to an auto body shop to get my car fixed. I ended up telling her that she needs to provide me with a claim number, name and the phone number of the insurance adjuster in order to take my car to the shop. Her reply was "Oh really? Let me check and call you back. She gets back to me after 6 days with a claim number only to deny the claim all together an hr later. Now I'm in a process of fling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER use this company for any type of insurance. THIS COMPANY WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS FOR SURE if they continue to act in this unprofessional manner and un-educating their agent about how to do their job right.
