What made the experience even worse was that the smog test didn't produce a pass or fail result. Instead, I was told I would have to come back to retake the test and pay another fee. I don't think customers should be charged again when the first test couldn't provide a conclusive result. A smog inspection can already be stressful, and customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, I received neither. I hope the owner addresses both the customer service and the way these situations are handled, because no customer should have this kind of experience.
