Hubby received his tags for our car when we finally receive them and placed on the car, noticed the month tags are bad and Faded. To avoid having a fix ticket or a Encounter with a cop, asked his co worker to look up any locations that he can walk into and purchase the month tag only. That's all he needed , he was Frustrated as he went into other locations that would not sell them the month tag, that gave them out if you use there services. We just moved to California from Florida and finding a place to do our of state registration was proving to be really difficult. But John was great - he was able to get it done for me in about 15 minutes and I walked out with valid registration stickers. If you don't want to wait 3 to 4 hours at the DMV I suggest you come to this little office and let Vardan (aka) V take care of your needs quickly. He will take care of you. I knew that even with an appointment, you are stuck sitting at the DMV for at least an hour and making my online appointment indicated that they couldn't take me for a week, anyway. I wanted to drive my new car NOW! Thanks to Yelp, I came across this spot AND it is minutes from my home. So, what is this business? Basically, DMV Vehicle Registration Experts is a third-party business but licensed by the DMV to perform DMV functions for a fee. Long story short: you are paying a fee here to avoid the hassle of a trip to the DMV so like basic Economics 101 in college: you have to weigh cost vs time. In my opinion? I'll pay the extra cost! I called these guys to inquire and received excellent service on the phone: kind, friendly, and thorough giving me a quote right over the phone (for my registration, I would have to pay the DMV cost plus their $50 fee. Fees vary for different services). The great thing? Appointments are not necessary and they are open until 7pm on weekdays and 5 on Saturdays. You can't say that about the DMV! I arrived to a tiny store-front in an industrial area across the street from a prop house. Parking is kind of difficult here as it is street parking and there isn't much of it. The establishments has no bells and whistles: it isn't overly furnished or modern and almost feels like you are going to a friend's home office. But none of that matters based on the magic these guys can do. Long story short, I was helped by Vic who was super pro and polite but also casual like a good friend. He KNOWS his stuff and talked me through the entire process of registering my new car, answered all questions and explained fees, and even helped me prep to sell my old car. He took his time and yet I was still in-and-out in about 20 min. So quick and easy! Pain free unlike the blood-slashing experience at the DMV. It should be noted that they DO charge a small convenience charge if you are using a credit card. This place is the real deal: it is NOT sketchy if you are worried about conducting business with a third party and it is so fast. Customer service is excellent and the fees they charge are SO worth it to avoid the hell that is the DMV. DMV Vehicle Registration Experts are perfect if you have to register a car quickly, want to avoid the DMV, or simply don't know what you are doing (being that they talk you through it). This business is recommended for everyone and there is no reason to ever go to the DMV again. So we all agree the DMV is the devil... Vic was amazing with his professionalism, expertise and ability to get everything I needed done. I just received a vehicle from Texas that I needed to have registered by a time deadline. I showed up with my smog certificate at 5PM and Vic had me registered and ready to go within the hour. He was able to perform all necessary tasks in order to complete registration including a VIN check on the vehicle. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING & VIC IS THE BEST! I moved across the country and needed to register my out-of-state car for California. I googled everything I could and understood that I needed to get a 'smog check' done and provide other paperwork. I usually stress out about anything that has to do with the DMV though, and I didn't feel too confident that I had all of the correct paperwork with me (AND correctly filled out) - which would be a problem because I've heard people could wait at the DMV line for 5+ hours in the hot Cali heat and then just be sent home if they don't have their paperwork right. The reviews written by customers seemed consistent too. No appointment needed. I also called ahead to ask a couple of questions and was assisted kindly. Vic (Vardan) is the one who helped me out. He explained EVERYTHING and answered all of my questions. He was so patient, so kind, so sweet, so considerate, pretty funny, and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the whole process, shared his computer screen with me as he was filling out the form, shared the cost + service fee before we proceeded, and he even explained the little details like... "in California we have two plates and the one with the stickers go to the back"... "here are all the ways you can complete your annual registration in California"..."here's how you can safely get rid of the registration sticker tags" (I didn't even think there'd be a safe way to do it). This all might sound like too many unnecessary information, but, if I'm gonna live here, I'd rather know a lot than know little.
