While I understand tragic weather played a factor in this, I was told he would be there between 440p and 530p. At 5:45, he was 15 minutes late. I called the office to see what was going on the woman I spoke to, I believe her name was ReAnn.', was rude. She told me at one point he was 20 minutes away then she said 5 minutes away. When I asked her which one it was, she said, " well, before I was interrupted, you asked for an estimated time. In the situation I was in I didn't need her rudeness or sarcasm. When I told her I was told between 430 and 530 and not 430 and 6 o'clock. She was rude. As I said, she was rude, but Ricky was great so when I called on Monday to let management know of the situation, I spoke to Shane. He was very nice and apologetic; however, he is not the one that should've been apologizing. In fact, the call to him should never have happened . Because of Ricky and Shane, this place gets four stars. What I use them again? Yes,,only if the transport was in town.

She made the entire conversation feel comfortable and easy. I have never personally needed to call for transport before because the facilities I was in usually scheduled everything for me. However, I have had the pleasure of being transported by Matt four times now, and he is truly the nicest driver possible. He is one of the kindest and most non-judgmental people I have ever met. He always makes sure I feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, and he is always such a delight to talk to. This company provides such a great experience for disabled and bariatric patients, which is something that is not always easy to find. I am so grateful for the compassion and professionalism they show every time.
