However, I have had the pleasure of being transported by Matt four times now, and he is truly the nicest driver possible. He is one of the kindest and most non-judgmental people I have ever met. He always makes sure I feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, and he is always such a delight to talk to. This company provides such a great experience for disabled and bariatric patients, which is something that is not always easy to find. First time was in August 2016 to go to the airport after business travel. My driver was incredible friendly and made the ride enjoyable. The second time was two days ago. I asked my hotel front desk to call a cab for me to the airport. The guy at the front desk either couldn't figure out how to call a cab or what, but I waited and waited for whoever he called (getting anxious the whole time because I might miss my flight). While he tried to assure me for 30 minutes that he knew what he was doing...and that my cab would be there IN ANOTHER 30 MINUTES I broke my politeness and said I'd call my own. The discount cab woman on the phone was incredibly nice and understanding. I told her the situation about my flight and she immediately bumped me to the top of the list. My discount cab was there in UNDER 5 MINUTES. Then once again I had a very friendly driver who made great conversation for the entire ride. This company is wonderful and gets the job done while having fun drivers. I will always call them when I'm in Phoenix on business.

While I understand tragic weather played a factor in this, I was told he would be there between 440p and 530p. At 5:45, he was 15 minutes late. I called the office to see what was going on the woman I spoke to, I believe her name was ReAnn.', was rude. She told me at one point he was 20 minutes away then she said 5 minutes away. When I asked her which one it was, she said, " well, before I was interrupted, you asked for an estimated time. In the situation I was in I didn't need her rudeness or sarcasm. When I told her I was told between 430 and 530 and not 430 and 6 o'clock. She was rude. As I said, she was rude, but Ricky was great so when I called on Monday to let management know of the situation, I spoke to Shane. He was very nice and apologetic; however, he is not the one that should've been apologizing. In fact, the call to him should never have happened . Because of Ricky and Shane, this place gets four stars. What I use them again? Yes,,only if the transport was in town.
