Haven't been to an amusement park for a while and it just so happened that I was in Coney Island at the time. The rides in Coney Island are usually cheesy or boring, but then I came upon the Soaring Eagle. $7? Sure, I'll fly! Line wasn't long, but the last person on the ride smells funky and left his BO behind (always carry Purell). The ride was fun and exciting but wasn't too comfortable. My front calves kept hitting the steps during the ride and my body kept moving uncomfortably in the harness. Overall: fun, cheap, and reachable via subway. read more

As a New Yorker, I wanted badly to love this place. In fact, I annually drag my butt here to try and change my mind about it but I'm pretty set about my feelings. I think Luna Park deserves to be visited at least once. I think Luna Park is great for kids and kids only (although I think Coney Island has something for everyone). The rides are fun at look at. I bet the rides and games are super fun for little kids. It's definitely more a family atmosphere than "my grown up buddies and I are looking to conquer monstrous rides." Here's the DL. Luna Park is a kids' amusement park! There are rides for kiddies, there are rides for older kids. This amusement park is NOT meant for adults unless you have kids. Admission is $30 (minimum). $30 for 4 hours unlimited rides only per person. Or $30 debit card which can be use for rides and games and can be refilled. If your kids like rides that spin them around and turn them upside down, then you may enjoy this park. No bumper cars. No merry-go-round. No haunted house. The one water ride was no open at the time we went. Bottom line - not worth it! Certainly go and walk around and look but don't waste your money on the rides. On our recent vacation to NYC, my 9 year old daughter insisted that we go to Luna Park in Coney Island. I was curious to see the Boardwalk and Nathan's Famous so I obliged. We also had two 4 hour wrist bands included with our NY passes. We got a late start and it took about an hour on the subway to get there from the Upper West Side. I expected to walk right in, but I guess they don't open until noon. In any case, if you have NY passes, you have to redeem them at the customer service booth. I found this out after waiting in line at the ticket booth. Ugh. Also, note that the 4 hour wristbands don't include the top 6 or so thrill rides. For us, this was not a big deal as my daughter was not tall enough for these attractions except for one. Here's another note, the Slingshot has a height requirement of 48" AND it also has a weight minimum of 110 pounds. Again, I found this out the hard way, after I purchased cash cards for us. It really would help if this information was posted. I was further disappointed as they wouldn't refund my purchase. I didn't want to argue anymore so we spent it on food and games, but wasted the bonus tickets that can only be used on rides. With all that being said, there are many rides that are included in the wristband that are just as good or better than other similar amusement parks. My daughter had a blast and that's all that really matters to me. I only managed to ride a few things as while I love roller coasters, I can't take too much on the spin and flip you upside down rides as I get older. LOL. Many NY friends tell me that this are is not as grand as it once was. That may be true, but I would never know. It's a good place for kids and adults. Although, as adults, you'd probably be done with all the rides and have ridden on them twice in 2 hours or less. There are a lot of kid-friendly rides. What's good is that the rides have short and fast moving lines. They have some concession stands littered throughout the rides so it's easy to pick up something to eat or drink if you don't want to walk out to the boardwalk. Luna Park has two areas - one with all the low-moderate thrill rides and one with high-thrill rides, called Scream Zone. For whatever reason, Deeno Park is littered smack dab in the middle of these two zones and the parks are NOT affiliated with one another. So I suggest walking through each area to see what rides you want to go on before purchasing any tickets or tokens.. (Maybe some day they can get together and stop making it so confusing for people?) My friends and I had groupons for the unlimited ride wristband and 2 rides on the "luna card," which is used for the ScreamZone rides. The wristband originally costs $26 or $28 dollars and we used it on a weekend (Sunday) and is good for 4 hours. Overall, we had fun and felt like kids again. The rides were not too scary and perfect for those that aren't comfortable with the bigger, faster, scarier rides found at Six Flags. Went to Luna Park again this past summer. This time we took my nieces and our son. The kids had a great time. It was a bit windy and thus made it cooler out but it was a lot of fun. The price seems to have changed but I can't say that for certain. The last time I was there was in 2012. The food selection has always was wonderful if not high calorie but when you go to an amusement park for the day, all the food rules go out the window. This park holds promise, but it has a lot of challenges ahead of it. I went on the day after it opened, May 30th. I was really looking forward to the Electro Slide and Log Flume, neither of which were open. The rides that were open were either kid-themed or had ridiculously long lines. The one ride my friends went on was the Tickler, which they said was fun but not necessarily worth the hour spent in line. The ticketing system, where you buy a Luna Card with a set value on it, requires a lot of advance planning. Basically, you need to know exactly which rides you want to go on before you buy your tickets. The good thing is that you can use the card to buy refreshments, too, so it's not a total loss if you estimate wrong. The whole thing is made much more complicated during this grand opening period, as some of the rides would randomly open and close without more than a few minutes warning. For opening weekend, they offered a 4 hour pass for only $15, which could easily have been worth it if more of the rides had been open. Even without the entire park functioning, getting around this place was a nightmare. There was no order as to where people were supposed to wait in line and I can picture it getting 10 times worse when all the rides are open. I hope the planners have some sort of grand scheme in mind, but I certainly wasn't seeing it. I'll visit again, but not until I give the park some time to develop into a real destination. read more

Ever the amusement park enthusiast, I was quite eager to get down to the opening of Luna Park at Coney Island. Going in I knew that it could end up being underwhelming since not everything would be up and running, the park would be chaotic with tons of visitors, and well, that's about it. Regardless, I was excited to see what they had to offer. Right as we were about to leave for the light-years long commute to Coney Island from Astoria (we're talking N line end to freaking end), we checked out the news stations that had infiltrated the park. Most of them were stating that the park had 17 of the 19 new rides open. When we got there it turned out they had a grand total of like 9 rides open. 8 of which were kid-geared. LAME. I'm not going to rag on them too much because of this. Again, I was fully aware that this was a rushed opening for the Memorial Day weekend, and they may not have been fully up to speed yet. A lot of the rides look like they have some serious promise. The Tickler Coaster, Electro Spin, Log Flume, and Air Race all looked like a blast (none of which were open...). We rode the swings that raise really high up. Since it was really the only adult-geared ride open, the line was brutally long. Thankfully, we brought books! I don't care much for the ride-ticket system. Basically each ride has a certain amount of points (between 3-5) and each point is a buck. AKA each ride costs between $3 and $5 to get on. You pay at the ticket window and they hand you a card that has your points scanned on. So in other words you pick what rides you want, add up the points and place that amount on your card. Meh. That gets complicated when all you want to do is play. You can get some sort of unlimited thing for 4 hours for $30 bucks. Problem with that is, what happens if it takes a full hour to get on a ride? That starts equating out to be $7-8 for the ride. Play it safe, just buy what you want to ride. I know they have some beautification work to do, so I won't comment on that, but I also feel like they need a lot more as far as amenities goes. Throw a few food stands in there! I do have to say that I'm glad they got rid of the old park's STUPID system of charging 25 cents for the use of the bathroom! Lastly, be sure to bring plenty of cash with you before you get to Coney Island. Seriously. There isn't a single bank near the park! So if you're craving a $6 funnel cake and are outta cash, that funnel cake becomes $9 after the atm's $3 fee!! (I opted to skip on that funnel cake, btw). read more

Love love love this place. I'm not one for rides but I love the atmosphere. The roses can get pricey but it's not too bad. The food is over priced but I always tell my friends to pack lunches when heading out there. If all else fails stop at the supermarket or corner store to get cold cuts. Luna park has plenty of workers and police around to keep you safe. There are some weirdos who try and start trouble but it get taken care of right away. Make sure you watch your kids because there are so many kids who get separated from their families because there are so many kids running around. I suggest using a maker write your name and number and use one of those liquid bandaid to cover it and the kid will be good. If they got lost someone will have your number to contact you. read more

The rides are okay, the prices are outrageous, and worst of all THIS IS THE RUDEST, IMPATIENT STAFF IVE EVER MET. They literally yell at you for no reason and have zero patience. They yelled at me because I couldn't hear them and but that was because the music was blasting in my ears. I'm also a visual person and like to clarify things because I get confused easily. But they just throw a tantrum and roll their eyes. You are grown adults! I wonder how they would act with a disable person or someone who had hearings problem, or people whose minds are "slow". This is for everyone making a plan to go here. So it's not how it used to be. The park is split into two sections. $40 each to get into one side of the park, and another $40 each to get into another side of the park. For example, you need to pay $40 to go on the cyclone and $40 to go on the tickler being one person. Whether you want to ride on rides or not, you have to pay to enter. This does not include the little side games, such as teddy bear, shooting water, and so on; you have to get an additional Luna card for that with additional money. Now keep in mind that's $40,$40, $20 for one person already. Now let's talk about food, it's expensive; burgers and alcohol or soda is $14-$20. None of this explained nowhere unless you ask a legit staff. Make sure to enter the park from the right section. Boardwalk is free. Parking is ridiculous. Now, COVID restrictions; people are barely wearing masks and it's crowded as hell. Capacity looks like Times Square on a Saturday. They do clean the rides but that 6-feet rule is nowhere to be found. Guess what? I don't normally give one star, but here it is. The truth really hurts. I found this living social deal for Luna Park for $19 per person with unlimited wristband for 4 hours, with 1 ride to Cyclone and $10 worth of food. Summer is almost over so I decided to take a day off and bring the kids to LUNA PARK before the kids go back to school. We anticipated the trip and did our due diligence to check out the website and it stated that the park closes at 11pm. That's a the perfect time I said to 4 excited, active kids (ages 7,8,9,10). They were jumping for joy when I brought them from Staten Island to Coney Island Brooklyn on August 28. It did rain in the afternoon . It did not rain while we were at Luna Park. When we arrived at 7pm, we were told that the entire park will be closing at 8pm, despite that fact that there is no rain and a bunch of people still at the park. Some just arrived around the same time we did. Their claim to close early was that " Business was slow" in their opinion. Can you honestly say that you will watch your MONEYHUNGRY budget over satisfying the customers who paid admission and made the trip out from long distance with adventure craving kids??? They said if we redeem the wristband it can no longer be used again. Around 7:10pm, the management gave pity and gave two free wristbands, for what it's worth. We used two free unlimited wristbands for 35 minutes. We paid for the other two wristbands for 35 minutes. We had no choice but to use our wristbands because we made a trip out to the park and cannot bear the cries from unhappy children drowned in sorrows. The fact was we used the wristbands from 7:15 to 7:50pm, NOT THE FULL 4 HOURS. All the patrons with us were complaining BIG time about the executive decision. I brought this to attention of living social to see what they can do, but still they offered no refund or sympathy. I will also give a review to Living Social. How many stars do you think? It's gross, it's ghetto, it never stays open as late as it says, the rides are bumpy, and I love it. I love it so hard. So so hard. It is what it is. No pretense. Jump in the water between rides, you might get a disease from the trash in it but it's so worth it. The food is why it loses a star, it's DISGUSTING. ..but maybe it's part of the Coney Island package. If you can, get an unlimited bracelet, drink a ton of Coney Island Lager, and ride the rides as many times as you can without throwing up. You have to put yourself in the right of state of mind to truly enjoy Luna Park. Dispel notions that this is a nostalgic trip down memory lane to a time of pulled taffy and horses jumping into pools of water. That Coney Island is long gone and what you have are remnants and ghosts, some shuttered real estate thanks to the horrid greed of developers and some of the coolest sights still left in New York. Smack in the middle of that is this over hyped Luna Park that captures some of the old Coney Island spirit but with some very modern gag inducing rides...if your into that. Would I go there often? No. But for the kids...they had a blast. And that's the point. As a one day trip to enjoy rides and let them run around, it works beautifully. One downside, though, is the price...some rides, like the slingshot will set you back $20 per person and about a half hour just waiting on line...the best way to avoid the high cost is to get a package which throws in about $20 worth of freebies. Like I said...onc or twice a year is just fine. The crowd is a little grungy if you'redelicate, sensitive, not used to diversity or from some small Midwest town...or Jersey. But otherwise, everyone seems to be having fun. I'd go during the day but certainly would avoid it at night. For the adults, send the teenage kids to wait on the line and make a quick pitstop at Rubys Bar and Grill on the boardwalk for a cold beer before it's closed down and replaced by another damn sports bar. And if the plan is to hit the beach while in Coney Island...well, that might not work. The beach is extremely crowded and open sand is as hard to find as cheap food on that beach. go to Rockaway instead or plan a trip to the Jersey Shore... Still...I highly recommend it. So, my friends and I decided to ditch the painful heels and short dresses at home, skip a night with 3 pounds of make up and skeevy guys for something much better......an "amusement park." Okay, so Luna Park doesn't come close to Six Flags, but its cheaper, and they do have some fun rides. Cyclone: HOLY SH%T!!!!! I don't think I've ever been on a more unsafe ride in my life, but did I love it?? Every second of this ride was sick!!! Countless drops, its really old and wooden, so you come out of it completely dazed and bruised. While I was on it, I kept thinking "damn, I should have had those fried Oreos before getting on this ride, I may not make it out alive. Wonderwheel was sick! Make sure you get on the cart that swings. Unexpected things happen on that bad boy. The haunted house was a joke, but we had a great laugh. They have this ride thats similar to Superman, which was corny, yet fun. Oh and the Horse roller coaster was a blast, we went on it thinking it was a kid friendly roller coaster, but it was surprisingly fast and fun! I had my funnel cake and fried Oreos. Won an overpriced teddybear. Had a great time. Totally beats a night out drinking. Parking-we parked a few blocks away. Don't even bother trying to get into the parking lots, its unbelievably packed. I can understand how some may find Luna Park a little underwhelming given the hype and history associated with Coney Island but I think a slight re-adjustment of expectations can significantly improve your experience. Now, Luna Park is not very large nor are many of the rides particularly new. It may not be this year's shiny new toy but that's really part of its charm. There are a lot of rides that offer decent thrills like the Thunderbolt rollercoaster and the classic Cyclone wooden coaster. The Soarin' Eagle, which you ride standing up and horizontally, aims to simulate flying but tight shoulder restraints make for a somewhat uncomfortable ride. There are also a bunch of other non-coaster rides that spin you up, down, left, right, and completely upside down. If you're in the mood for something much milder with nice views, there's the old Wonder Wheel, though it's not one of the better ferris wheels I've been on. You can't help but feel like a bird in a cage in those cars. In addition to that, there are plenty of carnival games, arcade games, and a few areas to play bumper cars. The boardwalk and beach are not too far if you're in need of refreshments or a break from the screams. Unfortunately for me and probably some of you, people are really into taking their giant ass snakes for walks on the boardwalk, offering others a chance to hold them. Don't want. Don't want. Don't want. My only issue with the park itself is I absolutely do not feel the rides and tickets are worth the price increase I saw on my most recent visit. $10 (10 credits) to ride 1 roller coaster? What? At that rate, I'm better off at Six Flags. But of your options, the best is really the $35 wristband for 4 hours of unlimited rides (although it doesn't include some of the pricier rides and all carnival games). If you're looking to spend less and you're with someone (what kind of weirdo goes to Luna Park alone?), you can split the $40 card that comes with 40 credits + 6 bonus credits. FOUR DOLLARS FOR ONE KIDDIE RIDE!!! I was stunned at how EXPENSIVE the Kiddie Rides are here. I could only afford 3 tickets for my 3 and a half year old. She went on two rides. One she had fun and one she didn't. She had one ticket left. She chose the little boat ride. I gave the man her ticket, sat her inside and she seemed fine. Then when I got to the gate I heard her cry. She said "Mommy I don't want to go on the boat.". I said "Ok" and took her out of it. Mind you the ride had not moved at all, it hadn't started yet so I asked the man who took my ticket if I could have it back and he said. "NO! Absolutely not!" Moral of the story folks, if your kid is fine going on rides then this place will be OK for you but, God FORBID, your little one begins to cry and changes his or her mind, you'll be out FOUR DOLLARS! Was there today with my 2 children. We got the $55 Groupon for 2 unlimited wristbands, 2 admissions for the go cart track, both roller coasters (Cyclone and Thunderbolt), and 9 credits for each for arcade games. This was a whole day thing. It was great! My kids got to experience the rides I remember as a kid, won stuffed toys, and had a really great time. We went early and the park had a good turnout, but wasn't overly crowded so no long waits. It made the long train ride on the F train from Queens a lot more palpable. read more

There are some adventurous rides, mild rides and a nice selection of rides for kids. It certainly is a complement to the Cyclone and Wonder Wheel. Obviously Luna Park is for families and children, so stop being such debbie downers! Only about 3 rides would interest anyone with dried up eggs... The Brooklyn Flyer-- Not gonna lie, as the swings went higher and higher, my grip tigtened on that cheap metal bar that separates you from falling for your life. I felt like I was THISCLOSE to getting launched into the Wonder Wheel. A cute warmup ride. Electro Spin-- FUN FUN FUN! The only ride in Luna Park I'd re-ride. The anticipation of waiting is nuts though. A new take on the traditional pirate ship that swings in a halfpipe. Don't be intimidated by the spinning, you won't vomit if you just ate a corndog. Air Race-- I couldn't ride this or else I'd unwillingly projectile vomit everywhere. It looks like fun for the people who can handle getting dizzy! Those fragile children that reach the height requirement for this ride are such brave souls. TIPS: -- You're better off eating food from the boardwalk. It's cheaper, and you have more than microwaved hot dogs to choose from. -- Don't get sucked into playing the games over there!!! Prices are better (2.00/average game) and there is more variety around Deno's and the neighboring streets. -- GO TO THE BATHROOM ON THE BOARDWALK! The bathrooms here are nastier than portapotties. There was NO toilet tissue in any of the stalls in the ladies room. -- Know what you plan on riding beforehand. Don't commit to buying an unlimited pass either, cus it could rip you off. read more

Zenovia, meet the Zenobio ride. It was kismet. We decided to try this ride because the line for the Slingshot was incredibly long, always moves slowly and only seats two people. Zenobio didn't disappoint. Think of a huge seesaw that spins 360 degrees; the seats also spin around, leaving you upside-down at times. You will be scared, especially when they leave you suspended straight up in the air with a bird's-eye view of the entire boardwalk and park. At one point I thought, "I'm too old to die this way. I'm never riding these things again." I don't know why I lie to myself. We also rode the Cyclone, which I hadn't been on in ages. Throughly enjoyed it, despite some slight "whiplash." Other great rides that pack a surprising punch include the deceptively kiddie-looking Air Race, the Soarin' Eagle and Steeplechase. Let everyone else have Six Flags. I'll take Coney Island's compact Luna Park any day. read more

Redeeming the deal at the Guest Services booth was easy and the staff were helpful in explaining how the wristband and card worked. The rides are more fun and different than scary, which is not a bad thing really. Just have fun on them. Our favorite was the Cyclone (obviously) and the Electro Spin. The Steeplechase and Soaring Eagle, both part of the Scream Zone, was not so scream-worthy but we still had fun on them. When Six Flags is too far away, head to Luna Park! read more

I went here with the fam (a good 13 or so of us, mostly kiddies) to watch the 4th of July fireworks. It was crowded, the food was over priced ($3.00 for a can of soda??) and definitely for kids only. As an adult the charm of the place wore off when I realized I was going to be broke for the rest of the month. The kids had fun with a few of the rides but all in all, there isn't that much to offer, you're not getting your money's worth and on top of that the environment left much to be desired. Remember those great carnivals we used to go to when we were younger? Well I certainly do, love me a good carnival! Luna park always gives me that old school, not a care in the world fun feeling. They've got games, kids rides, thrill rides (not coasters) and the Coney Island Cyclone nearby. Get your tickets for the rides or get a wrist band if your going to be there for a while. Went on a Friday night and wait for rides wasn't long at all. Lots of people just walking around having a good time. Best part of the night?....they have fireworks in the summer....I think its every Friday. the board walk of Coney Island beach is on the opposite end of the park. Things look good since sandy, most of the stores are reopened and look shiny and new, like "spruced up". lots of new "good eats" nearby, there's an Applebees with rooftop seating a block away. I am VERY upset that they got rid of the corny haunted house, that was my fave ride, we would all go on it and have a great time, aren't haunted houses a STAPLE in places like this???? Customer service needs a complete makeover! My first ride was the thunderbolt. It was exhilarating, but not worth it after my cellphone fell out of my pocket! I am a roller coaster enthusiast with frequent trips to Orlando, Florida, but this is the first time something like this has ever happened to me. The ride begins when you are pulled up to the top at a 180% angle. After talking with the manager, there are almost 10 cellphones/day claimed by this ride. You would think with this kind of property damage, management would go out of the way to notify customers. However, after my cell phone was found completely annihilated, they seemed kind of used to it. They offered no compensation, including a free ride on the thunderbolt. I was outraged. This was the corporate policy, despite numerous empty seats. I lived in NYC for 5 years, and this was my first trip to Coney Island. Luna park looks great, but is overpriced. The unlimited wrist band does not cover the most extreme rides including the roller coasters, which are approximately $10 per ride. If they are going to charge a fortune, they please provide exemplary customer service and notify customers to completely empty your pockets. read more

Luna Park is an amusement park and a popular attraction in Coney Island. Being in Luna Park made me feel like a kid again. In order to ride the rides at Luna Park, we must trade our cash for credits similar to how Dave & Busters operates. 1 Luna Credit = $1 40 Luna Credits (35+5 bonus credits)= $35 70 Luna Credits (60+10 bonus credits) = $60 125 Luna Credits (100+25 bonus credits) = $100 Luna Park also sells unlimited wristbands (four hours max of unlimited rides) for $30 as part of their End of Summer promotion before 5PM on Saturday or Sundays only from September to October (please check website for up-to-date details). I came to Luna Park with my husband and another lovely couple with their dog probably during the summer of 2010. We ended up riding on two rides. I was initially excited, but I think I'm getting too old for amusement rides. After getting off the rides, I felt a bit dizzy and sick. I tried the Electro Spin ride first for six tickets/credits. We sit in a circular ride while it also swings back and forth half-pipe style. The ride is really thrilling because I never know when the actual ride will spin ferociously around as we go through the half-pipe. The second and last ride I tried was the Eclipse ride also for six tickets/credits. It looks similar to the Elctro Spin ride except the ride is swinging in mid-air. I can hear people screaming on this ride every time. I'm sure kids would have a great time. I feel too old for Luna Park. read more

By the time I realized this park is located in New York City I was shocked. For State the State That big they could've done better. But adult Attractions are fun. Hot dog place is very tasty. I love Luna park! Plenty of rides and fun and food. and then you got the assload of circus freak workers trying to swindle you into another game. What more could you want front a Brooklyn based amusement park? Lol The few times I've been to Luna park I've had an effin blast! I love carnivals and its just that all the time. they have games and of course my favorite ride *insert name of spinning thing with popping music*!! Love that damn thing. I went just Saturday and it was empty. Must have been the weather. It was a dreary day but no rain. See that as an oppurtunity. My friend and i were the only people on the ride. We threw our hands up and acted a fool. What a good time. The workers were all nice...because they wanted us to stop by and play their games and stuff and I'm a cute little thang when I'm out in the streets lol whatever the case.if you haven't been to Luna park get there before its too cold and ridiculous to go. They have some fright fest type thing coming up. It's great for the kiddies and the rides go by this ticket system. You buy a ticket. You get on the ride. Simple. Typical carnival food. Funnel cakes. Chicken fingers. I split an order of fries with my friend. $4 but it was plenty and delicious. They also take credit card and the atms out here are all sus. Avoid those. read more

Luna park is definitely needed to make Coney Island a spectacular place again. During a couple years from the early 2000's to 2008 I would say, Coney was a pretty tacky place. The new Luna Park being built definitely boosted up the revenue and attracted many new people to venture to South Brooklyn on hot summer days. There are many awesome rides at Luna Park. My favorite has to be the tickler. Oh did I mention there's a go kart station here too? It's not big but it's better than nothing. For 10 bucks you can go around the course 4-5 times. I also believe they built a new ride called the Water mania where you're spinning in a teacup like barrel and are allowed to squirt water guns at each other. Kinda cool don't you think? So glad they're starting to revamp this area and trying to make it "cool" again. Coney Island deserves this much. read more

What can I say? I love Luna Park! Fun rides & music by the water, what more can you ask for? My advice is purchase your tickets/credits and then head to Zenobio IMMEDIATELY! It is honestly one of the best rides I've ever been on in my life (Six Flag's Nitro is my #1, Zenobio is #2). I've taken the 2 hour train ride from the Bronx to Coney Island just to get on this ride 4 times in a row, so you know its real! lol. Super scary but super fun. At one point they leave you sitting all the way up there for about 2-3 minutes, so you have two options: 1. Freak out that you're going to die 2. Enjoy the beautiful view of the boardwalk & beach :) You decide. Other really fun rides include: Steeplechase Thunderbolt Slingshot I would skip the historic Cyclone if you prefer keeping your vertebrae in tact =| I'm only giving Luna Park 4 stars because the food selection sucks, every restaurant I've been to on the boardwalk has been unpleasant experience. Gross and watered down drinks, dry/stale burgers, etc. Maybe I just haven't found the right place. Also, the crowd in Coney Island can be a tad trashy but if you can get over that you'll have a great time. read more
