I absolutely love this place and it lived up to the hype. I came on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't overly crowded. The venue is nicely organized for the kids activities to be on one side and the more difficult ninja activities be on the other side. There's something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the zip line and some of the other ninja challenges. This is motivation to work out more and build my strength For those into fitness this is the perfect place to come to test your skills.

What a fun, indoor ninja parkour experience! Super fun for adults, but took my six-year-old and he loved it as well. Recommend!

I went and inside felt like America's Ninja Warrior. I watched people from the outside, and it looked like fun. I found out on Fridays that they have Adult Night people who are 18+ from 8-11pm for $29. It's a good deal as you have the entire place to yourselves without younger kids roaming around disturbing the peace. They do have live music by a deejay playing as well. There's food being served, but you can't bring that inside where you climb. There is a waiver that you must sign in advance. You can probably look around without a bracelet and just a by stander, but they will probably check to see that you're not using their facilities. Overall, it'll be a fun place to check out with a group of friends as a challenge.

This place was pretty cool! Took my niece and nephew here and they enjoyed it. It was a Wednesday night so it was fairly empty. When we first arrived we were given our wrist band and trampoline socks and explored the facilities on our own-- and this place is actually huge. More stuff for bigger kids/ adults way in the back. We made use of the cafe by ordering drinks and snacks (a little overpriced). I would visit again-- Bathrooms were clean, friendly staff, affordable entry fee, perfect activity for a hot day.

We love Ferox. Our son loves ninja warrior and so Ferox is a great place for him to live out his ninja dreams. They have great obstacles that cater to all different levels. My only complaint is that there are often toddlers and little kids running around on the mats unsupervised which creates a potentially dangerous situation. It used to be that you had to be at least 10 to enter the ninja area but unfortunately, it doesn't seem like that is a policy any longer. I wish there was a dedicated time for more serious ninja athletes to practice w/o interference.

Great place for free form active play!! Good rules good supervision and a ton of fun. Challenging and a great way to spend an afternoon.

Proof of when I received my food finally

The ninja park was great except for the over crowdedness. There is all ages everywhere, I had to wait 40 minutes for chicken tender and fries after 20 mins ( I'm #20) number 23/24 is called I approach the cashier to inform him my order was placed @4:32 it's now 4:56 how much longer for my order. He then looks at flabbergasted unaware where my order is and placed another which came at 5:01

For six days, it was quoted $954. I need to send my kids and pay that because I am a Contractor hourly worker. September 1st, they called us even before lunch and said they have covid + case we need to pick up our twins. And the same day was my twins' birthday. We prepare goodie bags, cake etc. I understand they couldn't cut the cake because of the emergency, but they gave all the goodie bags away, not even singing the happy birthday song to my twins. Nobody thanked them for goodie bags; as you can imagine, the kids were very upset. They were asking me, "why everyone's birthday cake cut but not ours." Going back to the remaining days, they told us the school had to shut down for 14 days. I just paid six days for nothing. I basically paid $954 for half-day because they refused to refund me. I understand the circumstances if we are their ongoing family, of course, I can't ask that for an emergency days' refund. But I only made payment for the 14 days shut down period. It's beyond unfair to pay $954 for a half-day. I paid for the service I didn't receive. The worst part is I only paid that money to be able to work for my hourly job. I spent almost my week's work and was not able to work for the time being. The school gave us a discount eight months ago, and with not refunding my payment for the last six days they found a way to get back that discount. Not to response: I don't think the department of Health dictates you not to refund people. It's in your hands to refund, and you think it's fair to get paid for half day of service, that shows until when you care about your families. I would love to support a small business, but your business does not care about my situation at all as person who lost full time job because of Covid. We should be on the same boat on this understand each other. Sadly that wasn't the case.

I tried to push through but was then checkin in by the horrible staff member who didnt end smile. Didnt even tell me the total when paying for my two children = $23 + $18 = $41 nor have a receipt. I was told it would be emailed, but never got that either. The cost came with an open room with worn down items, broken toys, no coffee station (even though there is a sign), and not even a stocked bathroom. Toys were bent, old, overly used and wearing off. Even the bins from IKEA were falling apart.. IKEA items should be easily replaced as they are cheap. The facilities was worn down as well, paint chipped or peels off on seating area and slides. Mural is still nice. The "cafe" area seating was pushed to the wall, not allowing a place to sit while the worker was putting streamers on a board for the private room. There is no water fountain to refill your water bottle. Again, advertised coffee and tea.. when asked was told "nothing, you can go to starbucks" as I pointed to the sign the worker said "OH"! I had to give the front desk girl broken items and she left in the lobby area!! I can see her just putting them back in after we leave in order not to deal with it. As a representative of the space, she was horribly spaced out with a negative demeanor as if she hates her job. Private room for classes and parties is cute... I believe this is where their energy goes to. I can see it good for a 1 year bday party. Ages 2 and over for open play with bore out fast. I reflect constently on how truly disappointing it was!!

Right inside the door there's a stroller parking area, which was quite crowded but we made it work. The class was full of moms, dads, other nannies, and tons of kiddos mostly ages 1.5-4. The music teacher was really charming with the kids, had lots of songs prepared, and boxes of instruments with easy rhythm games, and ways to get adults involved as well. We had a blast! There's a fairly large playroom outside of the classroom that has soft jungle gym toys, a big wooden play kitchen, lots of pretend food, balls, a huge safe space to play. I also noticed lots of cleaner nearby, which was a relief, I bet a place like that gets a lot of germs real quick. The parents of my little charge told me that I can always take him there, especially on a rainy day, its only $10 for the whole day.

I appreciate the positive and upbeat approach to nervous clients that never done this before. In the beginning of the class we were stretching full body and we were lucky enough to see a rehearsal during our class. We were instructed to come up the ladder and be strapped with a harness. The next steps they vocally announced was that we had to hook our legs and hang upside down while arch our backs. I was quite nervous to be honest and my first time doing this so this task was hard to achieve. I'm slightly afraid of heights and wanted to get over that fear; however as I was struggling emotionally/physically our coach Carol was giving me tough love advice. At first I was discouraged at this and took it personal because my body physically couldn't do it (perhaps this was a mental block) and I couldn't move onto the next level (having someone catch you). My friend eventually got to do it and I slightly got discouraged at this point. Looking back at it however I know she meant well. Regardless, it was an amazing experience.
