It's a joke at this point. The lack of integrity is mind boggling! Many of the FTRs Yelp took away from me were in OC NJ.There have been about 60 plus stolen FTR's. Anyway we went to Playa Bowls at the pick up time and our order was nowhere near ready. My son told us we were at least three orders away from them working on ours. When we finally got our bowls at 10 AM the bases were soupy and melty. The fruit quality was delicious but the base should not be soupy. The problem is that one worker set up the bowls while someone else finished the fruit-toppings, etc. they were busy and obviously can't handle the volume. Consequently our bowls suffered in the process. I think for the three bowls my son spent close to 50$. I noticed the other day I was there that there really wasn't a sense of urgency by the people behind the counter to complete orders either. I might be finished with playa bowls this trip. We'll see. I still love the vibe and the food- I would've liked a better experience- I guess I got spoiled all those other times.

I can't say for certain what happened, but the interaction left me with the impression that the staff may have realized the order wasn't made correctly and sent it out anyway.
