Lonnie was professional, friendly, and nice. He was very knowledgeable about tires. He found the reason for the flat. There was a metal item punctured into the outside edge of the tire. He said it was not fixable and would have to be replaced. I learned something new about tires that day. Tires 101 or Tires for Dummies! LOL The flat tire was replaced with the spare tire in a jiffy.
