I had a loud rattle on my 2024 Mustang GT drivers side door that was driving me crazy. It seems like a common problem on the new 650 Mustang and I actually went to 2 different Ford dealers and they could not pinpoint the issue. They kind of blew it off and told me the rattling was common with plastic doors on all Fords. Keep in mind I just got this Mustang 6 months ago. It took one Ford dealer a week to even look at the door panel. I have only been in the high desert for 4 years and I searched on google and Yelp for a place with good reviews and customer service that does body and repair work. I called Carlos to get a front bumper replacement. He treated me well in the past, but not this time. He said their business was very slow so I figured they could use the work. I was buying my own bumper and brackets. I had also already removed the old bumper for them. All they needed to do was paint and install the bumper for me. I am not a body guy. I only went to them because he treated me well in the past. At first he was nice, then something changed. For some reason, he lost his temper and hung up on me. I have no idea what happened. I had made multiple calls to him over the past week, to make sure they could do the job. If you are considering using his body shop, I wouldn't. I'm not sure what happened over there. read more

The reviews made me come and try this place and they were right. I called for an estimate, they told me Carlos wasn't in, but he'd be available next day. I came in, he was available and quick to do the estimate. My car had the front bumper damaged by another vehicle. Carlos told me that it was going to be $900 and told me it would take 3 days to get fixed. It took them actually one day and a half. What an amazing auto shop! After researching and making calls, I found Collision Auto Repair Specialist, I called and Valerie answered all my questions. I have never been in an accident or have needed repairs on my car, so I had a million questions. We made an appointment to bring in the car on Monday. She made the initial call to the insurance to verify insurance quote and payment, and also find out about a car rental. Next day I brought in my car, she got my rental car to pick me up. The owner was also amazing, made me feel at ease and made my daughter laugh, and gave them some snacks. They are also very COVID ready! Ladies and owner had their masks on, they had hand sanitizer at the entrance, and if you used a pen you would take it home with you. Picked up my car 6 days earlier from the date they gave me. Really happy with their repair of my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. I needed a passenger side rear widow frame, window, and lock repaired and replaced after debris from the road flew up off a passing car and shattered the glass and dented the side window frame bending it in. Attempted to use Safelight for just a replacement window but it became apparent to the technician that he could not get a new window in due to the window frame damage. He recommended taking it to an auto body shop so I called around to a few. I called this shop after reading good reviews on yelp. The front office ladies were super friendly and asked me to bring my truck in to make a free estimate. Everyone working at this shop are in the same family so I like that business since it is "an in house crew"... in other words everyone at this shop works hard to get and keep business for the success of each others family members. That promotes a healthy attitude from everyone involved to be customer friendly and customer focused. They don't have to advertise this... it shows in their positive attitudes. Accordingly from start to finish I was very pleased. Great customer service with the gals up front, great work done by the auto body workers that repaired my truck window frame, window itself, door lock, and painted the dent to look like brand new, and reasonably priced overall. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality solid work and an overall good experience. They took about a day to fix everything on my truck from time of drop to ready for pickup (would have been one day but I couldn't make it over before closing time to pick up my truck after they were done).
