Instead, guests had to continually go to the side tables, then carry glasses of tea through the crowds. Over all a really good bbq representation of Texas smoked beef, not sure I'd rank 10th in the top 50 but glad to taste what others voted on anyway. I will say the condiments "raw jalapeños" and their layout was a really easy and appreciated change from other bbq joints.

I arrived expecting them to open at 11:00 AM as advertised, but they were not open. I even sent a message asking, "Hello, y'all said you would be opening at 11 and was wondering if y'all were running late?" and never received a response.I understand that delays happen, but keeping customers informed is important. Great food can only go so far when customers don't know whether the restaurant is actually open. I hope they improve their communication and consistency because the food deserves better service.
