Absolutely do not go here if you have ADHD or Autism as well, they have no understanding of how to support that. I have a very complicated medical and psychological history and felt consistently gaslit and treated like I was crazy, while they ignored how things like my ADHD and OCD and medical issues tied together and when I tried to advocate for myself I was blatantly ignored. I asked for a referral for a neurologist because of a suspected brain injury and the doctor looked me in the eyes and changed the topic. Just do not go here no matter what, you will get extremely basic care maybe at best and at worst they could kill you with negligence. my final straw was i needed a referral and they are closed on the day after new years(even though they are already closed weekends and open 8-5) but say they are open and have no phone message or way of knowing when they'll be open again. why does no one care about anything anymore. the lady i called seemed pissed too like other people had been calling and asking. THEN MAKE IT CLEAR YOU'RE CLOSED???? the technology is readily available you're just lazy and negligent like the rest of the medical system.

When their system has only a mediocre specialist associated, that's who you'll see. If you hear of a wonderful doctor who specializes in your specific problem, you can't see him if he's not part of their system. When you go to see your PCP, he won't do anything except refer you on to another doctor. They do more referrals for doctors in their system and more tests recommended by those doctors. All so they can stick their greedy little hands deeper into your wallet. Don't trust anyone associated with Stewart Medical Associates!

It's been harder and harder to get an appointment... lately, I'll call at 7:30AM. and might get a nurse callback in the afternoon. That usually leads to an appointment with a nurse practitioner sometime in the next few days, (we havent seen an MD there in years). Then the nurse practitioner you're scheduled with is given 15 min with you (well, that's what one said when bolting in the middle of a conversation yesterday). The front desk staff varies from indifferent to acting bothered by you. The nurses mostly seem nice. The nurse practitioners seem hurried, and lately, I get the impression they've decided what's going on before seeing my kids. Not good. Too bad... they used to be better... WAY better.
