He came out took toilet off and said that I should finish putting down my peel and stick flooring and call him when I was done, and he would come back and install my toilet. He stated it would cost me another $95 service call. Richard said I would thank him later. I agreed to leave toilet off to get my floor level and tile down, then call him back. That was Monday and today is Thursday. I called Richard and he returned my call. I said I was ready to have him come back. And by the way, did you happen to take the short hose that connected to my water supply and the screws that were laying in the upside down toilet lid (T bolts to screw toilet back down). Richard said "yes" we always take the hose because "once they are opened to air" "those hose seals dry out". He said we replace them with a new hose, when we come back out. He said. Those hoses and screws will cost $50, plus $95 trip charge to come back out. I said Richard "can I please have the hose and T bolts that go to my toilet, back"? He said "no". So Tony's Plumbing stole the hose and T bolts to my toilet. He never told me he was taking them or why. So Richard, (the guy who is trying to buy Toni's Plumbing) from the old owner, is not only sloppy plumber, he is a thief. My toilet was a raised newer Eljer toilet. Buyer beware

I mean, TWO main lines. Who does that?! And the water softener only goes to the hot water, again... who does that?! I needed someone to walk me through the guts of my house to ensure I wasn't going mad. Nope, it's the house.
