Dr Li was able to work me in quickly on my first visit and began treatment not just for my critical issues but for chronic problems I have had for years. I like the fact that I can get chiropractic and massage at the same office, it has been very convenient. Dr Ken takes it as a personal challenge to resolve your issues, using a variety of techniques and even giving you 'homework' of stretches to help improve your condition. I also must compliment them on the office and treatment rooms, it is a new facility and very nice (love the relaxing pictures and music on the screen in reception). I have not yet tried the classes in yoga and qi gong, offered as part of a total wellness approach, but the studio space looks nice.

This was my first experience with lymphatic drainage; it'd been recommended to try and reduce some of the swelling that wasn't resolving on its own, and I came across Marissa's site. Her space is calm and welcoming, and she instantly puts you at ease. She explained how the entire lymph system works, what can happen with an injury that can cause the lack of drainage I was experiencing, and the flow we'd be using during the entire process. She was very focused on comfort levels - temperature of the table, any pressure the drape might put on my ankle, and any areas that might be sensitive for me (physically or mentally/emotionally). Marissa is incredibly knowledgeable, competent, and intuitive. We worked through the flow, and much to my surprise I could feel it working - I could actually feel the sensations she had described *could* happen in several instances, and the amount of pressure needed for the drainage was incredibly light - far, far less pressure than in a Swedish massage, so no discomfort at all, even on injured tissue. At the end of the massage, when I looked at my right ankle, I was stunned to see it had symmetry again with my uninjured ankle - it had been swollen for 30 days. The area at the joint that was warm to the touch and felt "full" to me was completely flat. My only regret in this process is I didn't take before and after photos to show the difference. 24 hours later, the swelling remains 90% diminished from before the massage. I have a much higher range of motion, as the swelling had been prevented rotation. Things that caused my ankle to ache - like crossing my legs and having the injured ankle unsupported for more than 90 seconds - don't hurt. I cannot believe the difference this made; if it had been 25% as effective as it was I would have considered it to be a wild success. I would not hesitate to do lymphatic drainage (or any massage) with Marissa again, and would recommend her to any friend or family member.

I didn't even think about how dry and itchy my scalp has been this winter. My scalp stopped itching and my hair smells amazing from her premium selection of essential oils. My appointment was with Jaimie and I got a Thai massage for my first appointment, it was amazing! I could tell she had a lot of experience and had a natural talent. I will definitely be back but my only problem was the price. I'm used to paying $50 for an hour and $75 for 90 minutes. At Castle they charged $90 for a one hour Thai massage so no way I can swing that price every other week. Other than that I highly recommend Castle Spa and Massage!

My daughter came out crying!!! We are latin by the way. My daughter suffers from high anxiety and is on the spectrum. just going to ask for an appointment was hard enough. Being treated in such a crapy manner was not ok. I was furious I did go on line and they had plenty of appointments available. So not sure what the issue was. This ladies don't need any more costumers. She was only asking to book an appointment by the way. I never leave bad reviews but this place needs to work on their customer service.

It was a very good experience for me. I have back problems from working behind a computer all day, every day, for decades. It felt so good. And she even walked on my back! Which was Awesome. And she didn't just work on my back.. Also my legs, arms, hands, feet. April asked me a few times to let her know if she was being too strong/aggressive. For me she was not (just right), but just let her know if she is. I felt it was a great overall massage, and I plan on going back again. I'm hoping if I go on a regular basis (once every 2 weeks or so) that it will help keep my back pain under control. Think I'll opt for the 90 min. next time. Thanks again, April!

I had great experiences here but last time I went was the worst service I've had, ever. The…read moremasseuse was on her phone for at least 30 of our 90 minute appointment. She was out of the room for significant periods of time. I indicated to the masseuse working on my husband where is she, but it got worse. She talked on the phone while "massaging" me, seems like they were trying to squeeze people in. At one point on my back she rubbed the same spot on my leg for 7 minutes and I could see the blue light from her phone. I asked if she could put the phone away and they finished almost immediately and told us they didn't have time for cupping, which we had booked. A few minutes later as we were getting dressed they changed their minds and one of them rushed through cupping both of us. The masseuse avoided my lower back like the plague. When I tried to get off the table, the rest of my back muscles were loose but my lower back locked and clenched and my husband had to help me off the table. I was in tremendously more pain than when I had arrived. They charged us for the full 90 minute couples massage and 2 cuppings. Severely disappointing. I get the hustle but squeezing in as many appointments as possible will hurt the appointments they already have. They were our go-tos but after that experience we will not return.
