Went in for a couples massage. Communication was easy enough. Massage was average to good. For the price I would recommend.

I am genuinely scarred from this place. The lady I got for my massage wasn't the one I booked with, and she was massaging me with one hand and texting with the other?? And then she proceeded to pull my underwear down without any warning or consent. Then the owner came in while I was completely uncovered and told me they had someone walk in and requested a female masseur and asked me if I would be okay with a male. I said I wouldn't be comfortable with that and asked if there was another woman who could finish my appointment. Considering I booked this appointment in advance, this was already ridiculous. Then the woman returns with a male to finish my appointment. I was so anxious and uncomfortable, not to mention I had 3 people talking to eachother while I am completely naked on the table and the door is open!! I will never go back. A horrible experience. I made an apointment late morning for 2:45, which they proposed, and when I showed up they didn't have anyone to do the massage. Asked me by text to come back at 3:10. Then they texted and said 3:20. Then 3:25. When I arrived at 3:25, there was no one at the front desk, so I waited another 10 minutes to get started. The woman at the front desk was just rude about it. Then she badgered me to leave a tip. After all of that? I actually did leave a tip, as the massage itself, by their male massage therapist, was good. But I will never go back to this place, even though it's within walking distance of my home. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I had a 90 min appointment today. I was greeted right away and was shown to the massage room. The place is nice and clean. The masseuse was friendly and did a good job. The reason for the one star is the masseuse's phone kept ringing and the notification kept going off which was not relaxing. She left the room to talk to clients and she also took a phone call during the massage. She overbooked herself and at the 70 min mark, she told me that someone else was going to finish my massage because she booked someone else. It was very awkward. I was told that I would get 10 min extra on my next massage but I will never go back. read more

Could be nice with some improvements. My husband booked me a massage here after a glowing review from his mother. My masseuse was nice, the pressure was good, and the place was clean, but there are a couple things that would have made it better First, I came here with an appointment for a prenatal massage. I had one before elsewhere with my first baby, and was looking forward to having another. However, half the good of a prenatal massage is having a relaxing experience *on your stomach*. Most places would provide a pregnancy pillow that would allow you to lay face-down. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. Upon entering the room I was instructed to lay on my side for 1/3 of the massage, then flipped to the other side (difficult to do 8 months pregnant) and then onto my back. This would have been a much better experience if I had the opportunity to lay face down with said accommodating pillow. Second, they need more staff. The masseuse that helped me... was also the receptionist during my 60 minutes. She left the room a couple times to grab warm stones and towels, which was fine. But she also left to tend to walk ins with questions and took a phone call during my massage in the room. They definitely need more help during operating hours. Overall, the massage was fine and the price was fair, but not quite the experience I was looking forward to. read more

My partner and I had a 90 minute couples massage. He: Shiatsu, me, Swedish. The massages were very good. The Shiatsu being more deep tissue (masseuse used her feet) was intense but felt good to my husband. My Swedish was not as intense but thorough and felt good. The only change I'll make next time we schedule, is opt for our 30 minute foot massage (incl. in the 90 min), be in the room where they specifically do that and not where we had the massage. I think more focused attention would have been applied to the feet. They just opened. The place and linens very clean. As they become familiar with our therapeutic needs, we hope to make it our biweekly appointment. read more

Absolutely loved this experience. I loved it so much that I highly recommended it to my son which prompted him to reach out and schedule a prenatal massage for his wife. Unfortunately it wasn't as enjoyable for his wife due to a few negative situations. I hope the business can assist my son with his monetary loss in some way. I just feel awful for recommending this establishment and having it so poorly received. Again my experience was over the top, however I will not be able to refer again due to poor service. Booked a 120-minute deep tissue massage with Lisa. She was awesome, rocked my world. I didn't tell her my shoulder was messed up but she found it anyway. She stood on me, got in the table and used her body weight, and was very thorough all the way through. I normally go to a different massage in Vancouver, but this place looked nice and presentable from the outside, and is up the street fm my home so I thought I'd book an online reservation for a friend and I. We walked into our appt and fm the outside I expected more inside. Very out dated decor and I've never had a massage table so ice cold, there normally warm with plenty of thick sheets, not this place, they had paper thin sheets on top of table being cold! I had asked for two females, but had one female one male , which was fine I get they could've been busy. What really made the massage less than enjoyable was that I kept having to ask him to lessen his pressure on my back, he'll lower the pressure but revert right back to being really hard, I must've asked 3 times to a point where now my back is actually painful from the massage. Very frustrating! The lady that massage my friend had grab some stones and I guess didn't really let it cool down enough, it burned my friends back and she laughed it off saying "oh too hot too hot I'll wait" very unprofessional!! Let's just say we won't be coming back or referring anybody. Such a disappointed service in such a nice part of Camas. read more

I've gone to Lou Lan several times and the massage has been good - not great - but good and just what I needed to release the tension. Since I've been going there they have raised the price on their massages, which I get - they were fairly reasonable and with inflation and what not blah blah blah - what I'm not happy with and the reason I won't be going back is they charge a fee to use a credit card and for the massage I typically get which costs $100 the fee is 3.5% - NO THANKS. Small businesses usually build in buffers for credit card fees and this establishment has both raised their prices by 10% but added another hike by charging credit card fees without telling the customer beforehand. Very frustrating. This extra fee stuff is getting way out of hand and I'm just not going to play along anymore. read more

I was looking forward to trying this place as it's so close to my house. I booked a foot/massage appointment online a couple days in advance. When I arrived, a lady escorted me to a regular massage room. I told her I was there for the foot/massage combo and she moved me to another room. After waiting in the new room for 10 minutes lady came back and told me 5 more minutes. 20 minutes later (30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled i got up to leave because no one had come in for my appointment. The lady and the person who I think was going to do my appointment greeted me in the hall and said they were now ready for my appointment. I needed to still leave as I had another appointment I needed to get to. Unfortunately, there was a language barrier so I'm not exactly clear on why they weren't ready for my appointment at my scheduled time but I think they were saying the person before me had an emergency. If that was accurate, seems like that person should have been cancelled rather than delaying mine for 30+ minutes. The lady did insist on giving me a gift card for $60 which was nice of her but I really don't think I'll be coming back. read more

Today was my first time here and I was a walk in. They took me back right away and I was derby Lisa. She was AMAZING! I was in so much pain from being so tight and she really got in there and worked everything out! I've had a lot of massages and this was one of the best I've had!
