    Stellar service! Walked in and asked for a pink and red flower arrangement. She was able to immediately customize one and did a fabulous job. Reasonably priced for the amazing quality. Hard to find a solid dependable florist but this shop delivers!

    Don't let the size and location of this flower shop fool you. It may look small and independently owned but this is a great place to get those special customized orders from! My sister used this lovely shop before and told me about it for my daughter's corsage. On top of being professional this place and the staff exudes a warm welcoming family feeling as soon as you enter the shop. They have a variety of color ribbons to choose from and we found one that matched perfectly with her dress. They are not expensive, the quality of their work is awesome and my order was ready on time with no problems. The only thing I will critique is the straight pin that can with the boutonnière. The pin didn't hold up to good and the flower kept turning so maybe including two pins or a sturdy safety pin attached to the ribbon itself may help. Besides that one small thing I highly recommend this place and I will definitely use them in the future. Thank you for adding a small but beautiful touch to my daughter's day.

    On a Thursday evening my fiance daughter informed him that she needed a corsage for prom that was on that Saturday. That Thursday evening I called many places who said they couldnt do it at short notice because it was also mothers day weekend which I understood. I called this florist Friday morning and without hesitation they said yes they could do it. We were very happy. The corsage came out great and everyone was so nice even though they were very busy. I am definitely going back to them towards the end of the month because I have nephew prom coming up. Thanks again you guys were amazing and I will see you soon.

    I was looking for a local florist to make an arrangement for my friend in Chicago. I did a thorough google search and came across this florist. Instead of booking online, I called to see what options were available. The woman who answered was most helpful by asking for my budget and if there were any special requests. I only gave suggested colors & a few flowers I did not want in the arrangement. Based on the reviews I read and her reassurance that the owner would do a good job, I decided to trust her. Maybe 45 minutes later, the owner emailed me with a receipt, told me they were ready for pick-up (as I requested although they deliver) and asked if I wanted a card (that I forgot to mention while ordering) attached. The whole process took less than 2 hours and after asking someone to pick them up, my friend was overjoyed with the final product. The arrangement was beautiful! If I ever need a floral arrangement again, in Chicago, I'll be sure to call this place.

    I am amazed with my most recent purchase. I wanted a rose arrangement for my love and boy this spot is beyond amazing!!!. The staff greeted me and helped me brainstorm ideas to make a great bouquet for my love. There is a great selection of flowers, which is great. She received the roses the next day and really loved them! Definitely recommend this spot!

    Hello everyone, Please be aware of the bait and switch. This is February 2019. Please be careful when ordering with Gerry (a lady staff member). I ordered flowers from Flower Cottage for a dozen roses for over $80. It was delivered with 9 roses. I called and asked to have this corrected. Gerry kept telling me that I told her a different arrangement with less than a dozen roses. I corrected her and stated I referred to a "dozen roses" during the entire order, which she verbally confirmed while I was on the phone with her. Now she kept repeating that I asked for the arrangement with less. This is clearly gaslighting and abusive (google it). Several time during our conversation I asked to speak to Kevin, the owner. She never responded. Silence. I then stated that I've ordered from Flower Cottage last year and the flowers were again short by 1 or 2. I dismissed it as the shop having a bad day. It happens. When I mentioned this, she then stated that they will correct it (pick up the old order and deliver the correct order with a dozen roses. That's fair) and we hang up. She calls back stating that it will be over $20 more for this delivery, "is that okay with you?". I said "Well, no. Its not." She then says "I'm going to refund your money and pickup to old arrangement. Good bye." She hangs up on me as I, again, politely ask to speak to Kevin. Update1: The owner Kevin called and explained that he wanted to make this right. I will update and post pictures when this is actually done. Update2: Kevin delivered and fixed everything. Was extremely embarrassed at first, but all is right now. Thank you Kevin.

    I'm always nervous when I'm sending flowers to someone and I'm not going to see the arrangement in person and the delivery is set for the weekend. I was pleasantly surprised when I called to confirm the flowers would be delivered on Saturday that the lady on the phone knew by name (the person the flowers were being delivered to) and that they were en route to her at that moment. And then later I saw the flower arrangement posted on social media, and it was a lovely bouquet! I just got the standard, and I can't imagine what the more expensive arrangements would look like (great ... that's what). I'm very pleased with my experience and I would definitely consider Flower Cottage in the future for flower arrangements and delivery!

    I am always happy with the arrangements I give from The Flower Cottage, and everyone I have dealt with at the business has always been very friendly and accommodating. I have ordered both over the phone and online, and all of my orders were delivered on time and beautifully.

    I ordered my wedding bouquet, as well as some corsages and boutonniere's from The Flower Cottage and I could not be more pleased! Kevin was extremely helpful in figuring out the best arrangement for my budget as well as suggesting better options for flowers not in season, and Nancy was very kind in helping to show me what my bouquet could look like size wise and even helping me make decisions when I was stuck. Delivery was on time on the big day! I would definitely order from here again!

    Kevin was great. We had called before dropping by. The flowers and roses were beautiful! The consultation session was fantastic. The prices were super reasonable. We truly enjoy the experience.     I had Kevin helped me with the flowers and table decorations for my wedding. When I initially came in for a consultation, Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable when answering my questions. He told what flowers would be in season, what flowers may or may not last long within the day, and he helped with giving me lots of options for my budget and the vision that I wanted. I highly recommend Kevin for any wedding floral arrangements because he is professional and is committed to helping you create your vision within your budget. I've also learned that this is a local family run business and I love supporting businesses like these. On the day of the actual wedding, he personally delivered the bouquets, the boutonnieres, and corsages on the time we requested. The bouquets were all placed in glass vases with water and the other items were nicely placed in boxes. He gave us simple instructions to make sure the flowers were still fresh. The best part was that these flowers and the bouquet were still in tact at the end of the wedding day! Also, he truly delivered in creating the garlands at the reception that I wanted. Can't say enough great things about The Flower Cottage and their friendly services! Side note- One time after the consultation, I bought a few roses from them and the flowers that Kevin picked out for me, bloomed beautifully and lasted for weeks! Great quality flowers!

We stopped in Thursday before Mother's Day on a large last minute decoration request for our job. It was my first time there and I've never bought flowers in bulk so it took us some time asking questions and running numbers. The first interaction that left a bad taste in my mouth was a worker barking at me to stay away from the carnation buckets that another worker had said I could choose from. "There's nothing back there for little girls" was his way of telling me, a 33 yr old WOMAN, not to pick from the carnations. I wanted to immediately leave, but knew we needed these flowers and this may be the only place we can find a large amount last minute. Then, when we finally were ready to check out, the owner (or the man behind the desk) was adamant that our client's card numbers weren't going to work because he needed 16 digits. I explained AMEX only has 15. It seems their systems are dated, so the owner had to call the card reader vendor which held things up and a line began to form. We didn't want to cause stress for anyone so we assured him multiple times he can take other guests before us so they didn't need to wait. He declined and continued to insist that it was our fault we didn't have the correct card numbers, but continued to speak with the vendor (who later confirmed that AX only has 15 numbers...). None of the other customers were complaining at all..but the WORKERS started making unnecessary and rude comments about us and how long it was taking. I was on the phone with my boss trying to figure out another option while the owner was on the phone with the vendor and things were feeling really stressful already, let alone having staff talk about us in front of the entire store. "This has turned into so much of a nightmare." "This is ridiculous." I told one of them that we had offered for others to go ahead of us in line, but he said they couldn't because the car had been loaded already. Finally, I was so stressed that I put it on my personal credit card just to get out of there. Rushed out of there with my receipt only to see they had unloaded my car- so now I had to wait for them to reload...after they were rushing us! Never in my life have I been heckled at by the employees of a business where I am spending $1000...I was shocked and felt disrespected..like they thought we didn't have the money to cover our bill, and that just because we took longer than an average transaction, we were inconveniencing them. The only reason I decided to still purchase with them is because it was last minute and right before Mother's Day and our options were slim. But to choose to return...absolutely not.

My jaw completely dropped on our wedding day. Casey and her team went to the moon and back to achieve the exact look and feel we dreamed of.
