Wouldn't come here again. It was my first tattoo and my first regret. I got a very small tattoo nothing difficult about it. I was tattooed by an older guy he was so rude and was rushing the entire to time to watch a game he said. When I was leaving I heard someone also complaining about how they would have this on their skin for the rest of his life and that he completely messed it up. Don't recommend!!!! read more

So I went here one day and spoke to a guy name Armando I told him I wanted to get a tattoo done in memory of my brother that past away I showed him some idea that I had(nothing over the top) and he said okay give me your name number I'll sketch something and send you the picture when it's done. I agreed this was on a Thursday on Saturday I called cause I haven't heard back from Him he said he will have it done by Monday cause they closed on Sunday I said if you can't accommodate me I'll take my business else where he said no Monday. Monday came and went, Tuesday came and went. I just was completely OVER THIS PLACE! this isn't how you do business and let's be serious it doesn't take that long to compose a sketch a sketch can be done on the spot in few hrs. Great spot! A little hard to find at first(it's actually on the second level, when you see the door that says 519 go in a go up the stairs). All the artists are super friendly, and the place has a great vibe. I showed Gabriel my tattoo idea, and he worked with me to make an even cooler design! Which wasn't easy cause I needed a lot of detail packed in a small space. He did an excellent job though, and gave me one of my sickest looking tattoos. I'll be coming back for sure. :) read more

Do not go here for piercings. I went here with one of my friends once to get her helix pierced and they messed it up. The woman who was piercing her ear didn't measure it out, pierced in the wrong spot and almost split her ear. She then got nervous and goes "oh f*ck". When my friend got nervous she began to speak Spanish thinking we couldn't understand (I could) and said "I think I ripped her ear".They then proceeded to ask for payment after causing her harm. Overall terrible experience, inexperienced staff and horrible customer service. They literally asked that we don't tell anyone. read more
