I came in here one day, while I was driving in the area very clean tattoo parlor. I showed them my tattoo idea and they told me it could be done now and will take 1 hr. They sketched up up something for me within 20 mins and it was exactly What I wanted. They even worked with me on the price(the boss did) I told them I can't do it today but will be back in the morning. Came back the next day got it done and was extremely happy with my Tattoo. What I asked for.... and what I got. I reached out to them immediately after I noticed it was smudging. This was a couple of days later. They told me to wait. I waited weeks and still the tattoo was not looking good. After talking to Raton, one of the owners, he agreed to fix it. I made the appt and he cancelled beciase he was sick. Then covid happened and they had to shut down. Once everything began to open I reached out again. After going back and forth I finally got an appt. sadly, I was hospitalized due to post-op complications. My niece called and cancelled the appt and explain to Astrid (Secretary) that once I was released from hospital I was going to make an appt. Again, I called to make an appt and this time they were not trying to be flexible at all! Giving me excuses and the run around. I never had a tattoo in my life! Never thought I would ever put one on my body. After beating a rare stage 4 cancer I felt the best way to commemorate this big victory and a second chance of life is to have a tattoo done. I want the world to know I was victorious! Unfortunately the world will never know about my tattoo because I won't be able to show it. I am embarrassed and hurt. I felt cheated! These people seem not to understand that tattoos have personal meanings. I wanted to tell my story and sadly I have to tell a different one! Please do not trust these people or spend your money! I found out about these guys because of a tattoo convention I went to on Long Island. Very nice guys. They knew exactly what I wanted. Very organized and we planned a scheduled date for my tattoo. Upon entering their store the first thing that I noticed is how clean it is. Its as if you can eat off the floor. Its a very big shop and they have multiple artists. You can get tattooed or pierced. My artist was and still is Vicente. He was polite and knew his craft. My first tattoo came out amazing. I promptly scheduled another one with him and then another and another. I love his work. There is definitely some talent at this shop and I recommend them to my family members and friends. They are worth the drive for me. Visit them for yourself and check them out. read more

This was my first time going there so I didn't know what to expect. Boy, did I underestimate this place. As soon as you walk in it's spacious, clean, and organized. Do not go here for piercings. I've been pierced properly before and I know it was done incorrectly here. Half the time I was there, it was the piercer trying to get my ear to stop bleeding! I've never bled before. Then, it started to bleed when I was trying to go to bed and it was swollen and nasty and did not look right. I took the ring out because I refuse to be in pain just for a piercing and now it feels much better. $35 down the drain! I'm never going back, do not go here!!!!!!! read more

Very kind, helpful, professional staff. Daff helped me change my nose piercing, the one I had in was not the right size from another piercing shop sadly and it was giving me severe pain and anxiety. Came here in about March/ April of this year and got tatted by Vicente. Everyone was very professional, clear, and respectful. These guys are about their art for sure. I got two roses, which Vicente is pretty known for, and script across my chest. The detail in the rose; color, shading, line work.... everything was perfect and symmetrical. They also do great portraits here too which is hard to find. They have my recommendation. Definitely will be heading back soon! read more

I am so disappointed I put a $100 deposit and the artist did not have the courtesy to send me the design of my coverup tattoo as he had agreed to provide. He doesn't respond to any text. He makes you wait 1 hour after your appointment time. Then for the follow up touch up cancelled 3 time. Terrible experience. Stay away from this artist. He is very unreliable. read more

I never was one to write reviews but when you have such an amazing experience like I had you need to rave about it. I started my sleeve with Vicente in 2015 and we finished right before Covid-19 put life on hold. Although I have gotten several other wonderful tattoos from Vicente there are no words to describe how perfect my sleeve is. Besides the outstanding artwork I have to show off forever the entire process of designing it was very special. Vicente went above and beyond putting in effort to help my complicated ideas become reality, and he even pushed my creativity, we bounced ideas off each other and really nailed exactly what I wanted! Unprofessional. The tattoo artist I had kept picking up his head to talk to other tattoo artists while he still had the gun on me. The lines are horrible. He was late for 2 out of the three sessions. I went to get a tattoo in commemoration of my milestone birthday. The day prior I went in for a FREE consultation. And from the time you walk in by the receptionist you felt WELCOMED !!! They answered all my "ESSENTIAL" questions regarding the SANITARY conditions/ standards of the place. It was pretty booked for the day that I wanted my tattoo, but the receptionist at the front desk was sooo PATIENT with me & tried to make provision and then a worker there (Sal) overheard & proceeded to fit me in his schedule!!! He even gave me all of his social media outlets to review FIRST before making my final decision to book with him. From there....THIS place GOT my decision & THIS particular Tattoo artist (Sal) GOT my business!!! The day that I did get my tattoo done....It was such a PLEASANT & RELAXED experience, CLEAN, & QUIET (Only thing being heard was the overhead music at the place & your Tattoo artist) Sal's hand ( My Tattoo Artist) was AMAZING & His Hand Was NOT Heavy!!!!
