No waiting in a Saturday afternoon and I was a walk in with my wife. Few things to note: It's a little pricey at $40 (cash price) for - mere thirty minutes. They start the clock the moment your feet go into the foot bath which uses up 5 minutes or so. The foot massage itself was quite good. Good pressure, very relaxing. And I like they have the chairs that are slightly more upright instead of lay flat. Easier on my back. There was no music. Just silence. That's new and unusual to me. Me and my partner came in for two 60 min massages and just both of them weren't good. They didn't feel like they had any training done. My masseuse (if you can call them that) was okay but I only had her for like 15 mins but during that time she never got into the massaging. I go to a lot of massages and she stayed in the warm up stage the whole time, I was wondering when she was ever go long to move on. Then apparently the masseuse my partner had was too light so they asked if it's okay to switch with me. Dear god. I need a lot lighter touch massage than my boyfriend but this second one was terrible. There was no technique used at all, she basically just rubbed me with oil the whole time. For the first time in my life I had to ask them to go harder. She did then, for like 10 seconds, but went back to the light touch. I was so frustrated laying there in the bed. I actually just wanted it to be over. They were nice and so was the front desk but this was a 100% waste of money. My dog could probably massage better than them. read more

My bf and I got the combo #1 massage (30 minute foot, 30 minutes back on the chair, fully clothed with no oil) on a Thursday afternoon. We selected Peichan and Sue as our masseuses when booking online. Sue was so good! She seemed to find my knots like magic, whether on my back, neck, or legs. She even focused on my outer shins (tibialis anterior) which is one of the spots most other masseuses overlook... as a runner, this was such a treat. Her technique was slow and focused on exact spots that needed it, most of all it was effective, without causing pain from too much pressure, I was loving it! My partner had a satisfying massage as well. Peichan applied kinesiology moves, a range of motions including stretching. The setting was clean and comfortable in the community room which contained a total of 5 massage chairs that converted into beds, and a single portable massage chair. We were given blankets too as we relaxed before our treatments, and gentle melodies played in the background during our massages. The staff here was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We got exactly what we had hoped for, and I would easily return, especially if I can get Sue again :) read more

Unfortunately I had the worst massage of my life yesterday. The woman was focused on scratching and rubbing. I gave her feedback a couple of times and nothing improved. When I left, I called to tell the business about my experience and she offered me $5 off my next appointment. Very insulting. I usually get the foot massage and body massage and the staff here are very good masseuse. They don't just rub you like some places do, they actually do massage and break all the tension out of your body. I usually have knots on my back and stiffness. Called ahead for a massage and they were able to accommodate! Parking was plentiful in the somewhat deserted strip mall. Upon arrival, informed the receptionist of my appointment and made my payment in the waiting room and was shown a recliner in a communal room for my foot massage. The foot massage started off with a foot bath along with a shoulder massage fully clothed. The foot massage itself was excellent. The therapist captured numerous pressure points on my foot and was extremely thorough on my foot, calves, and thighs. The detailed foot massage took a good 50 minutes before the therapist did a back, shoulder, arm, and neck massage on the recliner, also fully clothed. While the spa music was relaxing, the commercials every 15 minutes or so was definitely a distraction Service ended with a small bottle of water to take home! $40 for a 1 hour foot massage + tip! read more

Wow! This place was awesome. My family and I went for 60 minute massages and they were easily able to accommodate all three of us. The actual facilities are quite clean and the ambiance is peaceful. The beds are also very comfy and the setups are perfect for the types of massages they offer :) Last time I had a massage (which was at a different spot), I left feeling more tense and in pain than when I arrived. This place wasn't like that at all! My massage therapist was gentle but firm where she needed to be. She started with a face massage, went onto my shoulders and arms, and then to my legs and feet. Afterward, she worked on my back and calves. It was great! She really alleviated the tension in my lower back and shoulders. The face massage was my favorite part though because I could feel my face muscles relax instantly. I wish I lived closer because I'd go all the time if that was the case... I love massages but don't get them very often because of my embarrassment of being a large woman. I have to toss my body image out the door and trust the masseuse. I felt so comfortable here. My masseuse was so strong and really worked all my muscles. She found the knots and smoothed them out. Several hours later, I still feel like jelly. I had the 90 minute massage with and without oil and hot stones. This was a vigorous massage: I felt like bread dough being kneaded and stretched to perfection. The massage table was comfortable. Been searching high and low for a great massage place and I found it within walking distance from my house! Today I had a massage with Sue and it was one of the BEST massages I have ever had! I originally went for a 60 minute full body massage, changed it to 90 and mid way through the massage I add on an additional 30 minutes because it was so amazing, I didn't want it to end! The hot stones were a game changer and left me so relaxed. First time there and never again. The person didn't even understand my questions when I asked how much for a Swedish massage. I looked past that. The massage was so-so light/medium pressure. I paid ahead gave her $70 cash and she gave me back $5 change. After the massage, I got dressed and met her up front and she asked me how my massage was I said it was fine. I handed her a $20 and asked her if I can get some change (with intent to tip her 20%). She looked at me crazily and said you want change was your massage not good? I said it was fine. What horrible customer service. I understand hard times right now but demanding the tip amount and it be 30% the cost of the service is ridiculous. It was my birthday, so decided to treat myself with a 2 hour combo massage, 1 hour foot and 1 hour body. The place is clean and the lady who checked me in was friendly. The cost of the massage was $105 if paid in cash. Seemed like the best deal. The massage itself was good. On my way out, I handed the therapist a 20$ tip. She immediately made a stink face and tells me 20 is too little. Umm, ok. I mean, I wasn't expecting her to start jumping for joy, but almost 20% is not enough?. I felt humiliated and tipped $10 more out of guilt and she still didn't look happy. The lady at the front says, normally people tip 20 per hour. Was a good experience but totally ruined by the staff, as I was on my way out. Ive worked in the service industry. Never actually challenged a customer's tip. I dont know if they pay the staff beans (probably) and expect them to extort tips but a really poor way to make a customer feel happy and wanting to come back. As many of the reviews below say, they are more worried about tips than anything else. I used to enjoy coming here, the staff are freindly and the place is clean and nice. I have gotten foot, chair and full body massages several times. Last time my husband and I went, we booked 2 full body DEEP TISSUE massages. Yes, we booked deep tissue. Both massages were good, and we paid an appropriate tip, based on the quality of the massage. After all they are doing their job and the tip is a bonus. However, when we were done and we had given the tips, the guy that did my massage interpreted for the woman that did my husband's massage, saying she wanted more money b/c it was deep tissue. Seriously, a 15% tip is good, and she wanted double! For doing what we booked ahead of time as a deep tissue! I used to like going there b/c the massage is good but will not return b/c of the tip pressure, which we did not cave into. Pay your people more and don't expect your customers to make up for it! read more

Been going to this place off and on over the years. The past two times haven't been good. In particular, my last visit I booked 2 one hour foot and leg massages. The entire time my person was talking loudly to the other staff members and she kept stopping to answer the phones. She insisted I put the washcloth over my eyes and at one point something felt off so I peeked under the washcloth and a man had switched spots with her for a few minutes, and then she returned. The most bizarre, uncomfortable experience I've had at any massage business. Her loudness was also very disruptive to the other people in there.
