Been here a couple times for a pedicure, they do a decent job. The place itself is very cute and convenient, located in a strip mall across from the outlets and plenty of parking most times. The massage chairs are great, you can adjust exactly where you want your back massaged which isn't something I've experienced in more than a handful of other spots. The foot massage done by the nails techs could use some improvement- not really a massage, more like just rubbing some lotion on. They have the standard selection of DND colors which is my go-to brand when I do my nails. They charge extra $15 for gel, most spots do max $10, knowing the DND duo is literally $5.50 at my fave nail supply spot makes me cringe, but whatever, when you're getting spoiled might as well go all out right? Is it the best spot? Not really, but I'll likely come here again because of the convenience. read more

It was my first time here, I came on Fri (walk-in) and it seemed busy. The service was quick, they are professional and experience imo. For the price, it is really reasonable for this good-looking nails spa. BUT! They need a better VENTILATION pls. I have been to several places but here the smell was super strong like a room full with chemical air. It's more than what I can tolerate. Had a great experience with Cathy! I came for a walk-in gel x removal and this place had the best price in the area. They said it was a 30 minute wait so I came back later, and Cathy was so sweet and gentle with the removal. My past experiences with gel x removal included pulling off the nail, leaving my nails brittle, but Cathy did it properly and soaked and filed them. She also helped me shape it, all for $15. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible experience! I would give this place a 0 star if I could. had a TERRIBLE and by far the WORST experience at this nail salon!!! I decided to give this place a try since it's close to my home. I had asked for french ombre nails and that's what I normally get done. I showed a picture to the nail technician for reference. The quality of the nail ombré was extremely poor and uneven. When I politely expressed my dissatisfaction, the manager insisted that I pay for the subpar poor work and was very DISRESPECTFUL. She offered to "correct" the nails which meant another 2 hours of my time and by then I had already understood that the technician doesn't know how to do ombré nails. The manager insisted that ombré nails are suppose to look like that, *SEE PHOTOS *I was already extremely annoyed and embarrassed due to her accusatory and disrespectful behavior in front of other customers. I just wanted to leave. When I refused to pay due to the unsatisfactory job, the manager proceeded to follow me outside to my car and film me!! This is a violation of my privacy and was completely UNPROFESSIONAL! I expected a certain level of service and professionalism, and neither was provided. The manager is extremely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL and doesn't know how to handle a customer service issue where her technician has done a poor job. If you're looking for a salon that values its customers and provides quality work, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I've only been to this nail salon when it first opened and another time to give it a second try. This is my third visit here after a friend said they've booked an appointment here and asked if I wanted to join her and catch up. She's never been here before and I haven't been here in over 2 years (since they opened) so I thought I'd give it another shot. I must say the is place is a hit only if you book with the right technician (APRIL is the BEST)! But she's always booked (gotta book her at least 1 week or more in advance -- I heard she's booked up until March now??). I got Ly and someone else for my mani and pedi and uhhhh it wasn't great. Here it goes: For my pedicure the layers were uneven (u could tell on the big toe) so you could see the layer underneath had less coat and the line wasn't straight I let the technician know before she sealed with final top coat so she tried to put another coat to fix it but it didn't do the trick. Since she couldn't fix it, she grabs the acetone and pours almost half the bottle down my toe nail (unnecessary much???). She kept her calm but I could tell she wasn't happy for having to redo the entire toe nail. When she finished, she gave me a smile and acted like nothing happened. For my manicure they couldn't do gel ombré. I remember last time I came I showed them a picture of an ombré design and they said that's acrylic or dip, it's definitely not gel. Well, this time I came prepared. I pulled up a video of someone online doing the ombré effect with gel..it's definitely doable, it's just that the technician doesn't have the skill to do it. Well so I settled for just a solid color gel manicure. I usually go for a milky nude color, so went for the same thing this time. Oh boy..the application is definitely not "professional" quality.. i think I could do a better job to be honest. The application is uneven and there is polish on my cuticle and top coat on my skin.... All in all, it's cute and the mimosas are always free on the house. However they never offered me, you kind of just have to ask for it (even though it's complimentary). Prices are ok for gel, but not worth it for the poorly done job :( Go to Ken nails in Dublin, I think that place is more consistent and price is comparable (or slightly cheaper even) read more

Has been coming here for 2 years. Very nice all the time and they do a good job. But if can avoid fridays or peak time. I came here to do mine today and the lady that did my nails call Ly，highly avoid her if you are coming during rush hrs. She rushed thru my nails. Pedicure was bad and she did not even massage me. Just gave me a skin rub to be exact. The whole entire time she was just looking around and cleaning my feet even when cutting my cuticles! I had to move my leg to remind her she is doing something! Then the did not clean my feet after the soak and realised that after, so she used the dirty cloth she dump in the leg soak sink and just wipe me off!!! She did not tell me where to put or how she want me to position my leg, just push n pull me around! Then move on to manicure, she fill down my existing gel very very roughly! I told her be careful and up she fill some of my skin off at my pinky! Then filling down my nails was so bad that it has a lot of unevenness on it. Thank god the other lady took over n fixed it. I am not willing to write this review if the owner will address this issue. I told her on the spot too not to schedule me with Ly ever again. But she fail to address me and the issue and just walk off. Then I thought when I pay I could talk to the owner but she decided to ask other ppl to come take my money! Okay this is definitely my new go-to. It has been so much more consistent than literally anywhere I've ever tried. That is the thing of MOST importance to me. So many places, you have to request a certain person or your experience is completely off. Not here. Everyone I've had has been so great, and my mani and pedi last a long time every time. I love the addition of the orange scrubbed onto your feet. Always feels so good. The woman who is usually at the front desk, I believe she is the owner, is so friendly. They're not in the business to waste your time. We had made reservations a day prior and they called to ask us to come five minutes later just so we weren't stuck waiting. I just had a chaotic and unpleasant manicure at this place. I walked in and was pleased that someone was available to provide a gel manicure without an appointment. That was the only positive part of my experience there. Ken was my manicurist and he was rough, unfriendly (very annoyed when changed my mind about color - before it was applied). Extremely annoyed when I did not like the 2nd color chosen. I'll admit I was being a bit indecisive. I asked him if he had a suggestion for something more neutral and his reply was "I'm a man - I don't know anything about color." Meanwhile it was clear to the Manager that I was not having a good experience and she did nothing to help. Then, while one hand was in the machine, Ken proceeded to stick his finger deep inside his ear and itch, for at least 30 seconds. He then proceeded to touch me again to finish my service. Of course I refused the massage - I just wanted out of there. When I paid, I shared all of this information with the Manager whose response was to not tip. She also said Ken has been doing this work for 22 years. I feel badly not tipping service people at all - and gave him a very small tip. There is zero customer service there, it's dirty and I would not recommend giving them your business. There are so many other nail salons to choose from. read more

Response to the business. I did not leave the salon happily as was stated and they knew it. I asked "Helen" for acrylic nails but she did gel x, which I've had before and didn't want. The work on my nails was terrible, 2 hours for embarrassing looking nails. These nails cost $80 for horrible looking nails, they reduced it to $60 because of the problem, but I was embarrassed on how they looked. When I got home and showed my family they said they look really bad. I called back and asked for a fix and they said NO and I would have to pay for a new set. I said can I come back and have these nails removed and lady said NO and NO REFUNDS EVER! I ended up going over to another salon and they removed these nails and put a new set of ACRYLIC nails which came out beautiful. Please don't go to this nail salon. For Michelle to lie and say I was happy and that I just wanted my money back is absolutely false, this should be a sign of their business practices. No customer service here, just want your money. I went to get a gel manicure around 12pm today and it was my first time here. I am not going back. 3 of my fingers are in pain and were bleeding because the lady clipped my skin and the part of my nail that is attached to my skin. Honestly I did scream a bit out of pain when she clipped my nail and she did not care. It's 10pm and my fingers are still hurting. I'm praying that I don't get an infection. She wouldn't even let me watch my hand. She said to do it "later". Never did. She rude to be honest and she knew I wasn't happy in the end so she was trying to talk to me but I wasn't responding to her. I wish I never paid her. And I wish o got got her name The manicure she did is so ugly. I can't stand to look at my nails. She filed them too much and the gel nail polish itself is so patchy and uneven. So parts of my nail aren't even covered. On top of all that when you first walk in it's so hot and it smells like chemicals. I couldn't breathe in there when I first walked in. It's not okay to have people sit in heat to breathe in chemicals to a point where your throat starts to hurt. This place needs to be inspected. My appointment was with Connie, and not only is she incredibly sweet, she did a fantastic job on my nails! I got them done on a Sunday morning, and as I write this on a Wednesday night, they are still going strong. They went through pumpkin carving on Sunday and working with toddlers during the week! It started peeling one day after I got it done and the lady who did it dit it in a way I've never heard of. I don't like leaving bad reviews and I really wanted to like this place but I left knowing that my first visit here would also be my last. I scheduled a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I was seated about 5 minutes upon arriving and felt a little ambushed when I sat down. Both nail technicians started almost immediately before I had a chance to get comfortable in the spa chair. Eventually I was able to adjust my seat with my acetone foil-wrapped nails. My pedicure turned out fine but my nails were all jacked up. I scheduled my appointment noting that I would get french tips and read here on Yelp that nail technicians are assigned based on the service. Great! However, my manicurist had to redo my french tips a few times because she insisted on standing next to the spa chair to paint my nails. I would not recommend this. It's not a very relaxing setup with having to balance a water bowl and a UV machine on top of a pillow that's placed on your lap. If you're not in a rush, I would suggest asking to be moved to a table to finish off your nails for any combo services. I suggested we move to a table but got shot down. They were both nice and the establishment is beautifully decorated but my nails were not. read more

My first time trying this place and wasn't satisfied with the pedicure paint job. Technician wasn't meticulous with the nail cutting or covering the whole toenail with polish. On almost every toe, the left side started off fine, painted to the edge but the right side left a tiny bit of nail showing it wasn't smoothly painted on. I had to ask her to repaint the edge of a big toe which had an obvious missing spot. Due to language barriers & time constraints, I gave up asking her to fill in all the other edges. After I left, I noticed that one pinky toenail was cut straight across but left a tiny, sharp tip on the inner side that didn't get cut. I fixed it at home. Photo is pedicure 2 days later but looks older. Glad I only did the basic pedi for $35 and wasn't stuck with a $50 gel pedi. read more
