When I arrived for my appointment, she was wrapping up with another client, which is absolutely expected when you go to any sort of salon appointments, so there was no frustration on my end. She wrapped up shortly and brought me to her chair and was super warm and friendly -- she even offered sparkling sodas and drinks, which was a nice treat before sitting in her chair. As for consultation, since it was my first time meeting her, I showed her a few pictures of inspiration, but also invited her for her advice and expertise on what would suit my face shape and my natural hair and she was able to give great recommendations and while also acknowledging the inspo pics that I shared with her which I really appreciated. During the appointments, we definitely got to know each other on a personal level while also getting some great hair advice on how to care & style my hair as I had a lot of questions around that -- so I definitely feel so much more educated and confident around how to take care of my mane moving forward.
