I'm sharing my experience as a volunteer for an organization that used this company to plan an…read moreevent. Overall, I had a horrible experience with their logistics team. Every question asked by volunteers were met with "I don't know." They did not have a flow of logistics and how to make volunteers useful during the event. They informed us to arrive at 3 pm and for 2.5 hrs, many people, including elderly volunteers, stood around and did nothing. If you are an organization who values your volunteers that have been following you for a long time, choose a company that will ensure they don't cause rifts in that relationship. Contracted or hired companies should have awareness of an organization's support system and make them feel engaged and useful. GEH sent an email about volunteers knowing their breaks and even having a meal. We did not receive any information on that which was another reason I just left. Overall, select an organization that thinks about things thoroughly. Tonight, I left not inspired.

I was a little afraid of the negative reviews, but they were the only option so I closed the deal and made a deposit. I couldn't be happier! Sandra was very easy to talk to while planning the party and she was a delight on the day of the party as well! She was great with the kids, arrived on time, and everyone had a blast! You can tell she really cares for the animals and she had a hard time taking care of them during the pandemic, so I was happy to support her business, and I'll definitely hire her again for a petting zoo or something like that.

WARNING!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY FOR A BOAT CHARTER!! Our boat didn't show on our wedding…read moreday (8/12) as promised and we still have yet to see the deposit refund!! I contacted Aaron via Yelp and he said that he could accommodate my request for a 24 pax boat from He'eia Kea pier to the Kaneohe sandbar and back for $1100. A rate that we'd regretfully find out was WAY TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!! He sent me pictures to my personal email of the boat (Manibuka parked at the Ala Wai boat harbor). It looked decent so we set up a time to look at the boat. My husband and I met Aaron and the boat captain, Kutay Satiroglu on the boat. Kutay requested that we pay a deposit of half the balance ($550) to lock in our date. We paid him via PayPal to lock in our 8/12/18 date back in February. Kutay seemed like a really nice guy at the time and offered to take us out to see the Friday night fireworks when it came closer to our wedding date so we can get to know him a little better and how he handles his boat. We took him up on the offer about a month out to our wedding date and had a great Friday evening. The Saturday before our wedding, Kutay called my husband advising him that he had left Ala Wai boat harbor and that they were on their way to the East side of the island. Then the nightmare happened. Standing at He'eia Kea pier in my wedding dress with 24 of my closest friends and family at 8:30 in the morning, I don't see Kutay's boat. I call him and no answer. I called him about 10 more times with no luck. Apparently, Kutay had boat problems overnight and didn't bother to text my husband until till 8:19 the morning of the wedding when our pick-up time was at 8:30. Furthermore, he didn't even bother to ensure that he got a hold of one of us to advise what happened and just shut his phone off after he sent his text message. We didn't get Kutay's text message till the next day when we went tried to get a hold of him to ask him what happened. My husband called him and Kutay apologized for what happened and explained the situation. As frustrated as we were, we told him that we just wanted our money for the deposit back. He agreed that he would refund us within the next two days. Three weeks later, after we get back from our honeymoon, we still don't see a refund. We text Kutay and he advises that due to the recent hurricane, he took a hit and so now he'll pay us back when he's able to. My patience is completely gone at this point. I text him that this is completely unacceptable and that he needs to refund us immediately. At this point, we are nearly a month after the fact and still have yet to see the refund. As of today, no response from Kutay. I call Aaron, a couple days ago to advise him of the situation. He stated that he knew somewhat of the situation but didn't know the full details. Initially, he agreed that this was a very unfortunate event and that he'd refund the money on his behalf per our phone conversation if it came down to it. He said that he'd first try to get a hold of Kutay to find out what was going on. Aaron texts me back yesterday and says that Kutay told him the same story that I advised and that he would need two more weeks to obtain the funds for repayment. (Mind you, Kutay hasn't responded to any of our text messages). Absolutely unacceptable I tell Aaron. I hold him to his previous offer of paying us back on behalf of Kutay and he proceeds to tell me that the transaction was between Kutay and ourselves and that he merely just introduced us and has nothing to do with the transaction. He states that he was just trying to help us because he's a "kind person". I don't doubt that but that still leaves us with no deposit refund. I would have never found Kutay if Aaron's company, Lux Limo didn't advertise that they do boat charters on their Yelp site. On the other hand, we also rented a mini bus through Aaron for transportation to our reception site and back and that was absolutely excellent. But after the morning fiasco we had, we were just happy that our bus showed up.

I've used their services in LA before with Angel City and was always happy. Matt knows how to hook it up. We had a Mercedes Sprinter Limo both for our airport pickup and a night out partying in the city. I ain't got time for Uber Drivers, Stinky Taxis or DUIs so I always find the logic in booking a limo. Crystal helped us make some last minute changes to our reservation no problem. Matt greeted us at the airport with a bottle of champagne on ice and our chauffeur Tim was riding smooth with the stereo on country, just the way I like it. Fair prices, Sexy limos and an Island Adventure in Hawaii. Life is good here with Aloha City Limo. Can't wait to come back!

Just got home attending my friend's daughter 6th birthday! first, parking, not a lot parking and…read moreshared with other businesses. located on the 2nd floor, stairs are located on the left side of the building (near papa john's). the place is just enough for less than 10 girls. they have a lot of costumes for kids, my daughter was kinda stress not finding one for her size (size 16) but she did and even made 2 outfits change. They have a rack for grown ups too! not a lot of shoe options but the accessories are endless! first, after all the girls are done changing, lisa did their hair using gel, pins, hairspray. the other lady did their make up ( a simple blush-using cotton pads, lips (using qtips) and eye make up glitters. She also painted their nails. Every one get their picture taken first.. After that, the girls sat down on the dining table with Lisa teaching them proper etiquette and table manners. the birthday girl have the bell to ring if the guests need more food. they all have individual teapot with lemonade, cheese, crackers, carrots, grapes, sausages, pb and j, tuna sandwiches. in the end, the bday girl blew her cupcake cake and every one got a cupcake with animal crackers and gummy worms on the side. my daughter is 8 and she had fun. i was busy taking pictures, and lisa also gave us (parents) some crackers, cheese, lemonade and grapes. on the other side of the tea party set-up is her store where she sells used clothes that was fixed or pre-loved. i know, the place is kinda old but the kids doesn't mind and at the end of the day, it's their happiness that matters! i think if u have a kid less than 5 years old she would absolutely love it! it was fun. and for me, i get to just relax for 2 hours.. (that's the kind of bday party i want) lol..

This place never gets old for the girls :) You enter this charming dress up doll house and the magic begins ... the girls pick the perfect frock, shoes, jewelry, purse, wand, etc. & then each gets their makeup, nails, and hair done. Lots of giggles, posing, and princess fun ensues They next walk the runway, strike some poses, and get a official Lisa Rose portrait taken :) Then off to the tea party on the big Alice in Wonderland dressed table ... the girls get treated to the whole shebang of tea party fun along with some fun etiquette quizzing and practice. If you attend or throw a party crafting is part of the itinerary. Parking has never been a problem in the lot in front and they do have their own restroom facilities in house.
