BUT, for the price, the quality did not match up and I'm not a picky nail person at all but it hurt in the pocket for a shellac fill mani-pedi, w a 1 level upgraded pedi.... $90 before tip and that's up there pretty high compared to what I'm used to - even for WestO. If I would've left and everything was perfect I would've been like 'Alright ya get what ya pay for" but that's not how it was at all. But they were SOOOOO NICE. So there is that. :\ read more

My first visit here was great & I was excited to come back. the owner is very personable & accommodating. however, the second time I went the person who did my nails was very rude & scolded me about putting my hand in the nail heater. 1st time here. Pedicure was good. Manicure very very bad left cut from cuticles so bad and bleeding wasn't able to even get my nails done had to leave. Have had my nails done 1000x before never had any issues with cuticles. They did comp all services for me. wish I could post of picture of my nails but cannot so bad. read more

Super disappointed. Went in for a "classic" pedicure at $28 , was upsold to the "smoothing" pedicure at $35 told it was a longer massage etc. the entire pedicure was approx 25 min long, at most. Massage was less than 5 min total. Nail tech left when his regulars arrived before polish, despite me making an appointment . Another came and rushed through polish and then just left. My friend and I just sat there after painting. No one said anything or returned, we finally got up and put our shoes on ourselves to leave. They were quick to run to the register. Very rushed pedicure. Not at all worth $35. Maybe $20. Will never return! I only go to Chill. Picked this place for convenience for getting a pedicure w a girlfriend but will not deviate from Chill again! Just not worth it! Toes looked decent. This place is clean & fresh! No heavy-strong smells like some other salons can be. We were greeted by friendly welcoming staff members who quickly sat us in massaging chairs & made our pedicure requests happen without any delay! Mr. gave Thee Best leg massage Ever!! I'm very pleased with the service here & will definitely be back! You get a punch card for every 9 visits the 10th is $10 off! Plus if you pay by cash you get $2 off! Booked appointment for 11:30 for daughter and myself. 11:40 we were sent to our chairs. 11:50 they started my daughters pedicure. I waited until 12:05 before they started mine. In the mean time someone came in door as a walk-in at 11:50 and was seated and started right away. Not sure why I was overlooked. Long came over and did my pedicure and was very nice and apologized for the wait. He did an excellent job and I am very happy with his work. When I paid my bill, they did discount me the $4:00 price for the charge of the tools they sent home with us. I was not given any discount for paying cash (as stated by another reviewer) They also sent me home with a $5 gift card for next time there. I will try it again with hopefully less of a wait time with appointment. Long is awesome. A for effort for acknowledging the long wait and trying to make it right. read more

I tried Lush for the first time today. I was very disappointed. I made an appointment and was seated on time. However, a technician did not come over to me until a full half hour later and the water had become cold. I felt that the technician rushed through the treatment after that. While he was applying the polish I noticed it seemed chunky. I asked if the polish was old because it didn't look good. He said it would be fine once the top coat was put on. It was not. I asked him to redo at least the big toes, which he did. He was kind about it, but I felt bad and wished he would have noticed it on his own. After getting home and further examining my pedicure, my big toenails are definitely cut unevenly. On one side it's rounded and cut low on the side, and the other side is more square cut and my toe is sore. I am guessing he cut too low on one side and now I have an infection. I will not be going back. read more
