I've been to this salon several times. Each time was excellent. Staff was friendly and extremely good at what they do.

My sister and I spent over $300 on our nail and pedicure services, and unfortunately, we left extremely disappointed. During my nail appointment, I voiced concerns about the application process because I believed it would lead to lifting. My concerns were dismissed, and I was assured there would not be an issue. Less than 48 hours later, one of my nails broke in half. My sister's nails also began lifting in less than five days, despite following the recommended aftercare. For the amount we spent, neither of us expected our nails to fail within the first week. When I contacted the salon, I was initially told I would receive a refund. That promise was later withdrawn, and I was instead told that my nails weren't lifting and that they would have fixed the broken nail. The issue is that it took four business days for them to respond and they only responded because I reached out to them for a second time. By that point, I had already gone to another salon because I couldn't reasonably wait with a broken nail. Rather than honoring the resolution that had originally been offered, they changed their position after the delay. Our pedicures were also disappointing. The service felt rushed and incomplete, and we were left with product still on our legs when it was finished. It did not feel like a quality pedicure experience, especially considering the price we paid. The most disappointing part of this entire experience was the manager's handling of the situation. During our conversations, it felt like they would say whatever was necessary to de-escalate the issue in the moment, only to later backtrack, dismiss our concerns, or change what had previously been promised. Instead of acknowledging the problems we experienced, the focus shifted to defending the service rather than making things right. That approach left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer. What frustrates me most is the lack of accountability. We voiced concerns during the appointment, gave the salon an opportunity to resolve the issues afterward, and were ultimately left paying hundreds of dollars for services that didn't last. Their customer service policy, particularly regarding repairs and refunds, was disappointing and did not leave me feeling that they stand behind their work. Based on other customer experiences I've seen, I hope they take this feedback seriously and make meaningful improvements, because situations like this continue to damage their reputation. I cannot recommend spending this kind of money here when the quality of the work and the customer service do not match the price. read more

Beautiful new salon off 144th and Maple! This area needed a salon like this- I cannot wait to try some other services! For my first visit, I needed a dip manicure. Luna did a great job, the shape is perfect and there were a ton of colors to choose from. It is absolutely beautiful inside, it feels extremely clean and everyone seems very nice. They offered a beverage when I checked in, too! I will definitely be back. read more

The place is nice and and huge, but the actual nail techs need to learn customer service. I came only for a pedicure, and got "shellac" for the polish. The nail tech didn't want to speak, I was trying to ask her questions and either got completely ignored or she would just give a very dry response. I understand it's a timed pedicure, but I felt like the tech was constantly looking up at her clock to make sure she wanted going a second over. Now the toes.. they look like I got them done two weeks ago. I told her not to cut the length of my toes and to file them straight. She definitely did end up cutting them And there not straight. They were messy I had to peel Gel from the sides that wasn't cleaned up. If you come here make sure to ask for someone detail oriented, and not in a rush. You can tell just by looking at the toes she was in a rush. $76 pedicure. read more

I've been a loyal customer of Trensy Nails since they first opened, so I was really surprised by my recent experience. I came in with an inspiration photo and asked the tech for input. After an hour and a half, I wasn't happy with the result, so I returned the same day, within their 7-day policy for a complimentary fix. However, instead of honoring their policy, I was told it was my fault for not speaking up during the service. There was no mention of this expectation in the policy, and it was disappointing to be blamed, especially after being a loyal customer. I feel like the "customer is always right" approach was completely overlooked here. I appreciate the friendly staff, but it's frustrating when policies aren't followed and communication isn't clear. read more

First time visit. Online booking website needs a major overhaul as it is not very useable and caused frustration when trying to make an appointment. Upon entry there was a minimal wait until someone asked me for my name to check in. I was brought back within two minutes for a spa pedicure. Pedicure was average. Not much pressure on massage, light even with hot stones. Not a lot was done compared to other salons. My biggest frustration was waiting around for my full set acrylics. They seemed to have forgotten about me and no one checked in on me until I went to the desk. The nail tech was not very friendly and communicated little. The lady jest to me for a hand and arm lotion massage but once my tech cured for the final step he abruptly simply said he was done. I am on the fence about returning. This was my first manicure ever. Four hours later my thumb polish is already chipping. I also felt the cleanliness wasn't up to what I was expecting despite the fancy decorated interior. read more

I requested the gel builder , since I hadn't had my nails done in some 26 years. Some acquaintances of mine recommended this place to me at a 4th of July party. This salon is brand new and soo pretty! You walk in to a very elegant atmosphere. I was offered some refreshments while I waited for my tech. I hardly waited long. Victor was very polite and took care of my nails so nicely. He does great work and I trust everyone else working there does too. I am a happy Client and plant to come back. read more

I had been waiting for a head spa treatment to come to our area, and they finally did. I scheduled the 55 minute service and asked my friend if she would like to go with me, my treat. She accepted and scheduled at the same time. I had Lily and my friend had Yen. They were assigned to us as this was our first visit and I didn't know anyone in order to request someone. There was a huge communication barrier and my friend's treatment provider had to translate throughout the whole process. I saw the waterfall halo treatment in their ads on Instagram, the scalp and upper body massage, shampoo and conditioning, etc., and it all looks so relaxing! It was not relaxing. It was painful. Five minutes into having my head gouged with fingernails, and then she washed my hair a second time using the same technique. It hurt. She was told multiple times not as hard, because she was hurting me, and it was uncomfortable. My friend seemed to be enjoying her treatment, and I didn't want to make it weird by complaining over and over and distracting Yen from my friend's experience. I laid there and suffered quietly. She massaged my forehead with dry hands and it felt like she was going to rip the skin between my eyes apart. She did pressure point type moves over my scalp and down the back of my neck. She used her fingers and pressed so hard into my scalp. It hurt. I repeated again, not so hard. Then when she rinsed my hair, she scalded me with the hot water. I was literally in pain for four days. It took four days before I could shampoo and condition my hair without hurting myself because my scalp was so tender. I took pictures of the bruising on the back of my head. I contacted them via Instagram, as I had left payment and a tip for my friend and I, and their resolution was to have me come back and pay for another treatment but they would give me 20% off. They wanted to have me come back and visit Yen, my friends treatment provider. After my friend and I had discussed what happened and I showed her the photos, she let me know that it wasn't as great as she was hoping either. They missed many steps, but she didn't want to offend me by complaining about something I paid for. So I am not willing to go back and spend all of that money again just to see if they will actually provide all of the services they advertise without hurting me. They didn't even do the waterfall halo, didn't get my entire arms massaged, she did almost pull my fingers off by squeezing my arthritic hands so hard I had to tell her again not so hard. I'm really disappointed since this was supposed to be a relaxing experience and it absolutely was not. I deal with a chronic illness and thought this would bring a level of relaxation to my life and I couldn't have been more wrong. The images will show the bruising on the back of my head, slight redness to my scalp and my receipts from my appointment. The good: the place looks beautiful. It's very pleasant, the people were nice and I really wish it had worked out. I would've loved to have visited here every 3 to 4 weeks. read more

Trensy was highly recommended so I thought I'd try it. The website is a nightmare to use especially if you need to book a pedicure for two people. You can't get to the screen prior without having to start over again. I finally gave up. Called the next day - 2 times I received a message stating my call couldn't be answered and a voice mail was not set up. I finally got a real person who admitted the website is terrible. That all should have been my sign to go elsewhere. We had to wait 20 min after our appt was to start. We were the last appt and there were hardly any people in the place. My friend had Nadia who was smiley and seemed to like her job. Yen barely said anything and expected me to know when she needed my foot in or out of the water. My friend said her pedicure with Nadia was just okay. I didn't enjoy mine at all. Yen barely scrubbed my calluses and dead skin which is the point of having a pedicure. She just kind of slapped on the lotions and lightly rubbed them. She did a nice job of my gel polish. The pedicure was short and I didn't feel relaxed and pampered. It was definitely not worth $80. I will be going back to Minabella. read more

I have been seeing the "head spa" videos all over my social media for the last few months and decided to check this one out that recently opened here in Omaha - and wow it did not disappoint! The space is large, clean, and adorably decorated. When you walk in you mostly see the manicure & pedicure stations, but when you get the scalp/head spa experience they take you back to a calmer & more tranquil spot of their space. They walk you back & there is a small changing area where they ask you to take off your bracelets/necklaces/earrings/rings & put on a cover up (they provide) and ask you to put your belongings in a bin (that you bring with you for safe keeping)! Then you go into massage room - dim lighting with relaxing spa music playing and the special head spa stations all set up (with privacy walls). From there they give you a scalp & decalogue massage, then start the whole process of cleaning your scalp/hair! Felt great & immediately was relaxed. Afterwards they wrap your head in a towel & have Dyson hair dryers for you to use after your service if you'd like before you pay & head out. I'll definitely be back - my hair is clean and scalp feels great! I did the 50 min treatment and would recommend. read more

I'm not writing this place off entirely, but I got a dip manicure a week and a half ago and I have had my second nail pop off. And my middle nail is already getting caught in my hair. In my opinion, this is way too early for the nails to start lifting. They did make it right with me when I went in after 3 days to fix the nail that fell off and that nail seems pretty solid still. The place is very clean and presentable and staff is friendly as well. Maybe I had a bad technician but I did a little bit of research before coming and I had noticed how many 5 star reviews this place had an overall higher rating compared to others. They do offer a feee cuticle oil bottle for leaving a review - a genius business plan! But it made sense why there were so many reviews. This is not me trying to make anyone not go here or say that their service is bad. My experience was just not as great as I was hoping. read more
