I had to reach out multiple times just to get updates, which made an already long wait even more frustrating. While they did ultimately send a replacement as a "courtesy," the entire process took over two weeks from the time I reported the issue, and the lack of proactive communication left me feeling like my concerns weren't a priority. I hope Mathis Salon and Spa improves their customer service follow-up and communication, because customers shouldn't have to chase down updates for orders they've already paid for.

If you're stuck in this situation too, just try opening one of the side doors with an arrow sticker. Besides that, I really enjoyed my experience with her. She was really quick, thorough, and gentle. The space was clean and well-decorated. She does require a $15 deposit but that fee applies to your total payment. I highly recommend her if you ever need a wax!
