Also I have spent quite a bit here for one thing or another and except for the semaglutude shots other treatments haven't been great. I also notice the owner is quite hostile towards other negative reviewers, each and every one. Reviews are supposed to be used to improve the services you provide, if you need to do an in service on your vastly new staff you do that. When your NP had poked me 8 times and couldn't get my IV, I was patient (I am a RN myself), and let the pink haired blue truck, now has left lady only start my IVS. The laser hair removal like someone else has said is in effective, I have successfully done that treatment elsewhere but I quit coming for those and have more treatments I can donate to someone that wants to waste their time. I wanted to ask to see a different NP this last time Because I felt the last visit wasn't good but again am all for giving people chances. I had my appointment on the 23rd for semaglutude and pharmacy didn't get it until may 31st when I called wondering why I didn't get the meds. Amman don't fight reviewers. Work on your staff. Also the Botox service I received from a different American spa was much better but they're not in my area this spa is down the street from me but I'll have to look around now for a better place.

I returned three items of clothing the same day I purchased them after trying them on at home,…read more(they had no dressing room), but after leaving the store and a second look at the refund amount I realized it was short a few dollars. I returned and brought it up to the girl at the front desk who sold the items. After staring at her computer for a good 15 minutes, she told me "I didn't return your tax because tax is not refunded on returned merchandise." When I asked her if she honestly thought customers still pay taxes on items they have returned, she looked frazzled and spent another 10-15 minutes on her computer trying to come up with an answer. When she realized I wasn't going to just walk away and let her keep the tax amount, she said "Ok, I'll refund your tax" as if she's doing me a huge favor and making an exception. But even then she gave no receipt for the returns. When I asked for a receipt, she told me: "We don't give receipts on returned items. They're given only for sold items." I asked if she had a pen and paper. She said yes, and just stared at me. So I said, Can you write on a piece of paper that I returned these items and am due a refund? By this time, visibly fed up with her customer asking for something I should have received without asking, she writes on a Post-It note pad "Items returned 8/22." After my experience, I was surprised to see the additional tax actually refunded on my credit card. I was honestly expecting a few more back & forth discussions that led nowhere. What should have been a simple return became an unnecessarily aggravating experience with someone who clearly needs training and basic common sense, like merchant can't keep the tax charged on returned items, or that a customer needs to be provided proof of return. Just goes to show your employees can cost you much more than you realize. They lost my business for good. I'm new in the area and was looking for a new hairdresser but given my experience, there is zero chance I'll ever step foot in this place again.
