This place has lost all of my respect and all of my business in the future I used to always go there to get my kado bars and now they came out with the 10,000 + 1 and I got two of them one worked great the second one I opened literally was leaking liquid would not work the battery got so hot I didn't even charge it it was like burning in my hand now it's leaking buring hot oil he's not even a business on the better Business bureau he's selling faulty Vapes to people and apparently now you have to open them in store and try them in order to get a refund which I've never had a problem with in the past which I've opened them and then came back a week later and got a refund or exchanged it he used to always work with me but I called last night to let him know what was going on to see if he could help me fix it and as soon as I walked in he pointed to a sign that said no exchanges or refunds once you leave the store you have to try them in the store which is not been there because he's never made me open up My Vapes and try them in front of him to make sure they work and the box to the side he has that are on sale for $10.99 or buy two get one free those are all of the expired or they're the testers that don't come in packaging which is unsanitary but my vape literally did not work at all it was completely full the battery was full now I'm having headaches from it from trying to get it to work like sucking on it liquids coming out of it it's just a bad matterI've been going to him for years and I've never had an issue and when I did he helped me fix it but this time he did not and he instead coaxed me into buying two more which came out to $80 all together and now I'm down one vape and they're expensive and I really like that flavor it's sad to say but this place has gone so far down it's disgusting I expected more out of him all I wanted was to exchange it I showed him it didn't work and he refused to work with me I would not recommend anybody go in there for anything else Swisher's rolling papers those are fine but any of the Vapes he sells I would not buy because he blamed it on the manufacturer that he buys it from but he needs to take responsibility for that because he buys them from them now I have burning oil all over my hands a vape that doesn't work that I spent $20 on and it's just a headache I at least expected him to exchange it for me I'm a loyal customer read more

Rude at first and couldn't communicate with them while they talked on the phone the whole time. Ended up just leaving

On my first visit, I spent over $160 at this shop. Since it is so close to our home, I had hopes of purchasing our future vaping and CBD needs from them, which exceeds $250 per month. They sold me a large $50 bottle of Miracle Leaf CBD gummies, which were for my wife due to her chronic knee pain. She indicated the bottle had been opened and did not contain a seal, obviously concerned with possible tampering and her own personal safety. I attempted to return the bottle and realized they never gave me a receipt after paying cash. But I decide to exchange it anyway for a sealed bottle. They checked the larger bottles they have in stock and all are unsealed. Yet the smaller bottles from the same manufacturer are sealed. Evidently, this was a manufacturing problem. Unfortunately, when I pulled the purchased bottle out of the bag, the contents were a complete molten mess. The gummies melted in my car, as they were left there all day long before returning. It was completely my fault and I hold myself accountable for my mistake. That said, I was surprised they did not hold themselves accountable for selling open bottles of CBD gummies. FDA regulations require a tamper-resistant device on all consumables sold in the US. Melted or not, one would be irresponsible to resell a consumable product from an opened or returned bottle. The product is worthless at that point. Yet they did not refund or exchange the product with a competing product, perhaps because they would be unable to resell it? Neither did they take my name and number to settle the issue after possibly speaking to their distributor about the flawed bottle. Think about that for a moment - it equates to NOT standing behind the products you sell. All in all, the guys running this business are good people. However, they are inexperienced and need to learn the difficult lessons involving customer support and standing behind what they sell.
