Friendly staff and for a automatic wash I'd say one of the best around. Plenty of stalls for personal car car after and prices are inline with what you'd get at a gas station but obviously theirs is better. Not a perfect wash like you'd get by hand but pretty solid again for an automatic service. read more

I went to get a wash tonight and vacuumed it afterwards. I noticed there were thousands of tiny specks on my car as I was vacuuming. Upon further inspection, these specks turned out to be tiny bugs crawling up and down my car, presumably from the large trees hanging over the vacuum area. The tiny bugs made their way inside of my vehicle and began to crawl up and down my seats. Complete waste of $15 as I had to go through another car wash to get all of these bugs off. STAY AWAY at all costs. read more

Man this is one of the best places you can go if you want your car cleaned shine and vacuumed. Whoever owns this business cares about this business and they put money into it. I suspect that they might be paying their employees a good wage, the reason I believe this is because they seem happy to be there even though it's like 190° out in Naples Florida just kidding. Best drive-thru wash in town. Free vacuums and easy access. I had some soap left on my car after the wash, (due to design of my vehicle) the owner came out and cleaned it up. They hand out interior goodies before you go through the tunnel. Awesome place! I hope they integrate Apple Pay at the card readers to make it even more efficient. read more

Their employees and facilities do a good job cleaning the exterior of your car and there are complimentary self-serve vacuums available on site. Only downside is the long wait to pay and then go through the wash facility. read more

Don't recommend this place. Say or do anything to cover themselves. Saying something to your customer doesn't make it right -- should have been refunded or part replaced. I know my vehicle nothing was broken prior to coming here and no employee should be pulling a part of ANY vehicle. read more

Took my car through here and the car wash blew my factory spoiler apart. The owner stated if it was their fault they would pay for it, and stated they would review the cameras and let us know. Well conveniently there are apparently no cameras at the place the spoiler blew apart! There is no way it wasn't the car washes fault as my car has been through many car washes with no issues and has had no aftermarket work or repairs to the spoiler or back end. Stuck with a bill now for a new spoiler just for washing my car there. read more

I went for the $12 automatic non-brushless and it seemed to clean well. I'd imagine if I had a lot of bug crap on the windshield it'd all be gone as the brushes stayed there for a while and had a few return visits. Overall, it cleaned well, was slow (not necessarily a bad thing) but dried like crap. read more

$10 wash removed my love bugs! I drove to Ft. Lauderdale and had a very large amount of love bugs on my white car. First I went to Waterfalls Auto Spa and they had horrible customer service and said it was $30 for exterior only and removal. So I left and went to Luv-A-Wash... $10 removed all bugs and they had great customer service. Highly recommend! I will be back soon, and next time will take a before and after pic! read more

Very attentive for a fully automatic car wash. My auto was very dirty having been out on the dirt roads of the Everglades. I purchased the upgrade from the basic wash. $10! Great value and includes free access to the vacuums. What made all the difference was the prep work before entering the tunnel. My car came out sparkling clean. 2nd time in just 3months that their "automatic" premium wash failed to even produce soap. First time, called "Gordon" and he said he was really busy at his other store, maybe I could call him some other time during the week, he'd come and meet me to give me back my money - wow, what a deal, only wasted 5-10minutes in the faulty wash and 5-10 playing phone tag. Finally, after 3-4 calls to him, only to find out he was out of town, they gave me a free wash, which wasn't free since we paid for the 1st wash which was defective (did they ever fix the wash? hmmm!). Round 2, tried again the automatic premium wash, thinking that now a few months later we couldn't have the same problem. Passenger in my car started laughing "are you kidding me" he said, once again NO SOAP. Called # on shop door "our friend Gordon" once again answered, he said "just use another wash bay, I'll give you the code" I said to him, "you're missing l the point my friend, I'm wasting more of my time and this is the 2nd time in just the last few months that once again your wash took my money and failed to deliver to me the product as promised. I said "this is a problem for months now, how many other unknowing wash purchasers don't get their money's worth, I want to make people aware this is not just a single issue." Then while on speakerphone with the other passenger in my car he said "Don't you dare write a bad review or speak badly about our washes." Great company ~ unsure which is better, their "automatic" washes which fail to deliver, but they certainly don't fail to take your money (interesting eh?) or their "spokesperson" who is so friendly and compromising it just makes you want to drive back there and patronize them once again. read more

This place has gone through a total "gut rehab" and reopened about three weeks ago (Jan 2018). No more self-serve bays; now it's a drive-through style and one of the best in the area. Spoke to the owner after a fantastic wash... he's a do-it-yourself guy who designed and built the thing on his own. He's continually tweaking it to improve the quality. This is not a do it yourself car wash. Please understand would do it yourself means. It means you pay less to get more. But you have to do it yourself. This car wash you have to pay for an automatic car wash, and then you can use the vacuums to vacuum yourself. I don't understand why people don't understand what do it yourself car wash means. Since listed under do it yourself car wash, it is not a do it yourself car wash. OK, just spent $10 on a car wash, and had to spend a half an hour cleaning the car myself after I ran it through the car wash just to get it clean.And then of course I had to vacuum it, vacuum head is flat not a wand type, so you cannot get into the crevices and corners like you could with a wand type head.. needless to say,I recommend try a different automated car wash. The one on Immokalee and Livingston is a good one. It is an automated carwash, but it they have options to pre-clean the car prior to the car wash for free. And the vacuum has a one type head so you can get into the corners and crevices. read more

However a bit disappointing- water did not turn on as one soap was out, the room was very hot, and the fan was off.
