This is my updated review. Please continue to use luvs car wash. My husband and I spoke about the paint and he states it was there prior to me going to luvs , that I probably never noticed it due to me not washing the car , as he usually does. It's a paint defect with TESLA. The owner/ manager reached out to me and was very consistent. I apologize for the negative review. I will be reinstating my membership. read more

This place is horrible. I guess there's not enough water to rinse and you get stuck with a nasty film on the car so I had to wash again when I got home. The vacuums have barely any suction. Worst of all, after I cancelled my membership, after a few months I get a charge again and then again the other day. I haven't been to this carwash since the first wash and they have now stolen $80 from me. You can't get anyone on the phone and whoever is on the other side of the email keeps asking for God knows what to keep prolonging the issue. This place is a rip off and the company is a scam. Don't usually give reviews but wanted to acknowledge your very patient and compassionate employees. I had an issue with my window getting stuck this morning and the employee was so kind while I was totally embarrassed that my window got stuck and was holding the line. He gave me a chance to get the window up and when it did not work he kindly ushered me out and told me if I was able to get the window back up to just make the line (I have the membership so that was not a problem but his polite attitude made a big difference). read more

Took my grand babies to our nearest car wash from the keys and I couldn't of asked for a more outstanding costumer service. The young man "Andres" was very energetic and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills. I was sold to get a membership due to the great interaction I had with him as I didn't feel rushed. I came by Liberty Car Wash because my car needed a good wash... seriously needed it. I had driven past this place a couple of times and I thought well let's try it out. First off, I have only used one of these machines once before at a location in Hialeah called "El Carwash" years ago... so I was unfamiliar with needing to put the car in neutral. The attendant kept screaming at me and had to be admonished by his manager telling him... you need to stop the machine and tell them nicely... yes exactly. Secondly, yeah I guess it sort of did the job. My car was cleaner but it looked like it still needed another cleaning. Would I come back... probably not. read more

I HATE washing my car but I love a clean car so this place is my definite go to. There's free do it yourself vacuuming and lots of spaces available to do so cause this place gets packed. After you go through the drive thru and there's a menu to choose the type of car wash you want. There's a daily manager special that comes complete with hot wax afterwards. I usually just go with the $10 special which gives you everything but a wax. I just slide my credit card in and payment is done. When entering the car wash there's always an employee to show you exactly what you must do to enter so your car doesnt get damaged. It kinda looks like a stewardist on the plane giving the rules before take off. Sometimes we like a little comedy and copy the guy,usually makes them just laugh. Figure they could use a little laughter since their out there in this Miami heat. I love going through the car wash cause you can see all the colors like the blue for the shampoo and then the red from the heat. Car wash doesn't take long but your car comes out looking a lot better then what it did coming in. It's as simple as that. read more

Unfortunately Homestead is very limited on car washes in the area and this place looks nice from the road but once you arrive it's a nightmare. It's always got an overcrowded feeling with locals and tourists alike, hardly any vacuum's that work properly with hardly any suction. The car wash is usually restricted to just 1 tunnel and never seems to have a way to just come and go as you please. I canceled my membership because the pricing was terrible for the services you got. I recommend seeking out a better car wash or using a single wash when it's desperately needed. You won't be getting a spot free shine at this local wash, just a headache. read more

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Arrived at 7 pm and it said that it closed at 8 pm. Very long line. Paid to get the car washed and then they had turned off the vacuums by 7:10. We asked a worker why the vacuums were off and he said because they close at 7:30... we ended up having to pay for another car wash at Sport Wash to use the vacuums. New in the area and needed to get my vehicle wash so I yelp this place. 1st day I brought my truck and got the manager special for $20.00 and drove the machine to pay and it said printing receipt and the receipt didn't come out and so I drove to the attendant and all they did was guide me on what I had to do with my vehicle. The wash was less than 30 seconds. So the following day I brought my other vehicle thinking I would have a better service and see if my receipt will come out not it was the same thing all over again. My question is how do I know I really got the manager special and not got ripped off from the service? When I didn't even get a receipt what I just paid for? Especially when your thinking all this best wash comes with that you paid for and it could just be a basic wash that the machine actually gave you. read more

Something has happened to this business recently. It must have changed hands? I purchased a promotional membership that they were advertising as unlimited washes for the first month. It wasn't. It was 1 per day. When the car wash didn't get all the dirt off my car, I went back around and was told I only got one wash per day. Had to back out and leave or pay for an additional wash to get the rest of the dirt. Really? Only about half of the vacuums worked. This facility is awesome. The new vacuums are great. The are powerful and having 2 different nozle options is really convenient. The access to the glass cleaners and towels is so convenient. The service received from all personnel is exceptional. Everyone is so helpful and the car wash packages available are very economical for what you get. I hate this place. First off, they have no self-service washing stations. This leaves you with only the automatic option. The attendant guides you on to a track and then you put your car in neutral. The machines pulls you through the car wash and you sit with hope that it will get the Florida bugs off of your car. Once you are out, you get super excited to see your sparkly grill without bugs. Eh!....it's a car wash. While there is an "attendant", all they're really doing is guiding you onto track that moves you through the washer and pointing to the sign telling you to be in neutral and keep your foot off the brake. If you want the normal, pre-wash bug scrub....that's self-service off to the side. There are plenty of free vacuum stations. So many that if the line to get a wash is longer that say, 10 cars, now it's almost a traffic jam as people are trying to get in/out of the lot. I would imagine there's probably been a few "incidents". If all you want is to knock off the road residue, dust and what not, this place does just fine. read more

This is the sort or thing where it perfectly can be tagged under the saying that you get what you pay for. I've been coming on and off since it opened and it's what it says on the lid pretty much. I don't think I've ever driven out of here like really thinking it was a great car wash, but it's something to hold the car off in the mean time until I can get it to an actual place. Needed to wash my new truck and was a bit hesitant. When we got there the place was super busy with people vacuuming and washing their cars. Since , it was my first time and i wasn't familiar with what to do we asked a worker for information. He was very friendly and courteous and was able to assist us. Car wash is an awesome place. You are able to brush off bugs at the bug preparation station . You are able to vacuum with many available, place gets really busy , car wash does a good job but wiping it down with a towel with your own little touch leaves the car sparking clean . We have taken our cars to this car wash & then we stared to notice that one of our cars went in fine ,but came out with a chunk of paint missing! My husband thought maybe it was a fluke so he took my new-used very expensive van thru & the carwash tore off the front fog light bezel along with the paint!! We immeditally brought it to there attention & they said to come back after Wednesday because that's when they clean the grates under the wash to get all the car parts that come off!!! What!!! This is a normal thing!?! They said they didn't find the $80 bezel and then said there's noway it could of happened there!!!! Finally after alot of back & forth they offered me $100 & a new bezel. Well I called & went to get estimates for the damage to my van which the two I got so far are around $800!! Well these people stopped speaking to me about 11 days ago & my calls go straight to VM. When the damage happened they had us run to the carwash to speak to them over ten times in a little over a week and they weren't there most of the time. They are giving us the run around & won't give us there insurance info!! I had my last van for over 20 years & I was so excited to get this dream van then in one carwash they ruined the look of my van not to mention they are causing me so much stress! I spoke to friends & they had worse horror stories!! These people at this carwash did NOTHING FOR THEM EITHER! This is no way to do business. This car wash is fine for a quick no frill wash but they really need to install a sun guard on their machines. It is almost impossible to see the screen with the sun reflecting on it which may lead to you purchasing the wrong car wash! I've seen so many people confused because they can't see the screen.
