Be patient with me while I give you background information on what led me to such a great company!!! it'll help in providing some context and insight on how incredible the entire experience was. Currently- I'm studying for my exams for medical school, so I tend to be up later than most. Wednesday's are the days are usually like to run my errands, so the night before I thought i was definitely overdue to get my car serviced and detailed. Although the car is a 2017 Nissan Sentra, which I purchased in November 2017, being a student who practically lives out of a car, the interior which is fabric, has built up some normal wear and tear junk like receipts, hair products, French fries lol etc. While I've been able to clean my car myself before, (somewhat effectively...I thought) I knew that for me to have the end result I wanted, I would have to pay the money. I'm familiar with a lot of the prices in the West-East Pines area- as far as comparing full detail, shampoo, wax etc., but because I spend 12 hour days during the week at my university, I needed the most convenient way to get a total detail of equal quality to come to me. The first thing I did, which is more confusing than you think, was look online for different mobile car wash companies that booked through apps, since I wanted somebody out by tomorrow morning or afternoon. I knew that my request was out of the norm, since this really isn't an emergency; like selling a car the next day in the best condition possible. After hours of failed attempts, I went to yelp, and looked for companies around me with a budget in mind, and good reviews. I'm very thankful that I stumbled upon this company. It was 2 AM, so I decided to call first thing in the morning which for me was around 9 o'clock. I texted the number and got a response right away, followed by a call explaining other services, promotions, and accepted payments. I was given a time range and was told when somebody would be out (after their first job was complete). The owner, Dave, was very pleasant and efficient. The two men who showed up to clean my car, EVEN BETTER! I met them outside of the building, and was greeted with a firm handshake by Juan. I'm probably around his age or younger lol, yet he used "yes ma'am" and "no ma'am" throughout our conversation. I intended to do a "pre clean" of my car, and simply throw out any garbage i had laying around, but they refused to let me! Everything was thrown away, and the importance stuff was placed in my trunk..I've attached pictures to their Yelp page, which speak for themselves. DONT LOOK ANY FURTHER!!!! Was looking for mobile car wash at a last min. Contacted the evening before, but the response wasn't way at time or details of his services. Said only car wash not detail. I ask for a detail on my car. When would they be able to come. Instead, "I don't have anybody today" and "and what ur asking for isn't a DETAIL. For who folks who don't know the difference, to me a detail is washing outside wiping down interior, door jams, vacuuming, etc. Then the next day I got a text, Do u want us to come today, Ah, no more I needed u yesterday. Since he didn't even offer a resolution, different prices for what I was looking for or anything. Very unprofessional & and not interested in new clients. Sometimes taking that extra time to call them and speak is is much more professional. Funny thing is I was going to give him a new account at my office and employees. As you can see by reading any of these reviews his customers are always delighted with the work he does. I made an appointment for a Saturday when I knew all three of our family cars would be home. We have a BMW 535, a Kia Sportage and a Honda CRV. I scheduled an appointment for 8:00 am knowing that it would take the majority of the day to do all three. Especially the Beemer because I had the works done oon it. I'll start by saying he was a little early which is an anomaly in miami with most of the apts you make with companies of all sizes let alone a small privately owned business. David is a polite well spoken guy that can deal with anybody. He found a spot where he could work on the cars without causing any overdraft to land on my neighbors cars. I asked about his services to make sure my expectations would be met even to the level of seeing the products he uses. I didn't want to bother him while he was working so I told him to let me know when he was done or if he needed anything to drink or just come in from the intense heat. A while later , he called me to let me know he was done and I can't say enough how nice and clean the cars looked and felt. Each car had a vibrant shine and the interiors were cleaner than the day I bought them new. They even smelled great with the complimentary airfreshener he provided!! Who dies that anymore. He pointed out some area that he recommended I take advantage of some addl services he offers to make our cars stay looking their best inside and out. No pressure sales job but good technical information shared as a solution to certain areas of the car that need more work. All I can say is that I found my new mobile car wash and Detailing service that I will continue to use in Miami for the rest of the time I remain here. He is fairly priced and is very knowledgeable regarding your cars cosmetic health from bumper to bumper. David is a professional and punctual polite business owner who I have no doubt will be very successful in his field. I recommend you ask questions and address any areas you consider important so he can offer remedies and suggestions along with the pricing for those services. After they arrived 21/2 hours late. I told them what I wanted done. The package cost 150 and included shampooing carpets and clay bar. These were not done. I should of mentioned this to the young men that were doing the job. Used turtle wax rubbing compound in the hot sun. Next morning noticed swirl marks all over my black car. Texted DAVE before I put this review out to see if he could fix it. No response. . Still waiting. The car now needs what is called a correction. Lesson learned!! read more

Contacted Dave's Mobile Car wash last week on Friday and never heard back. Tried again on Monday July 16, 2018 and received a text message saying they would be available in the afternoon and asking what time works for me. I replied with 2:00pm and the address.. they never showed or even bothered to call and let me know they weren't going to show. My secretary called them and they came out (not Dave) some young guys they washed and waxed my range rover and it was the worst job I have ever seen. The car was full of wax when I came back and the rims we not properly cleaned and the windows were streaked from the inside. When I tried to remove the wax I couldn't so I called Dave and he questioned me because the other car didn't complain (they didn't have a wax) so I offered to pay him double for him to come out and look at the car if he didn't believe me. He promised to send the guys to fix everything, they didn't show up so I left to fix the issue myself. Worst experience I have ever had with a car wash company. These people are thieves no other way to describe them. Correction his guy ended up coming and couldn't get the streaks of wax out so he wanted to compound the entire car so I kicked him out of there as he obviously had no idea what he was doing. I called Dave back and he stated that it was streaks from before and took no accountability. I went to casino car wash and they got the wax out and cleaned the car properly. The funny thing is Dave went on google and reviewed my former business as if he was a customer that walked in after I posted this review.
