And while I'm not sure why the reviews are relatively low, both in terms of amount and rating, hey at the end of the day most car washes are simply that....car washes. I think that summary particularly applies to this one since you basically have to get out yourself and clean your own interior.... after your car has rolled through the mechanized portion of the experience. So, in summary, unless the machines themselves broke down or particular portion is broken down, I don't really see what the complaints are about. Really flashy, but the actual car wash quality is very poor. Been coming here for months. The wash misses whole portions of your car. A different section of the car wash tunnel is broken every time I come. It shouldn't be hard to clean bird droppings off a car when you go through it 3 times back to back , yet, here we are. Finally had enough and am cancelling my membership. Today, the rollers completely avoid touching the hood or grille, and one just doesn't move. There was also a loud pop/bang sound of something hitting my car while going through. There are much better car washes and this is overpriced. read more

Buckle up friends, it's a long one, here we go! I loved Inglewood car wash. $18 for the full service, and people that came out to shine the tires (included). Great wash, friendly people. I figured I'd get the same experience with Luv. Nope, not even close. Full service wash is now $35. I went with the $18 wash that had wheel and tire shine included. Going through, I noticed there wasn't a wash spinner brush for the hood/top of the car. Odd. Got to the rinse phase and there was one there. Ok. Got out to dry my car, and the hood, roof, and trunk looked like they weren't touched. The woman next to me was feeling the same about her car. I immediately walked over to the person operating the sales screen to ask about it. He told me he didn't know what was going on, but I could go through again. Uuuum, no, that won't help the problem. I'll still have a half washed car. I asked for the manager. She returned, I told her the problem. She replied that she knew about the issue, a ticket had been pulled to fix it, and I could go through again. I told her that wouldn't help and asked for a refund. She processed it and I was on my way (the woman next to me did the same). Plus 1/2 star for making it right. What really gets me is they let me, and a dozen other cars while I was there, go through a broken car wash pretending like nothing was wrong and that nobody would notice. They are knowingly cheating their customers. That, dear friends, is bad business. Luv won't be seeing me again. read more

Literally the worst car wash experience I've ever had. The first time I visited, the car wash completely stopped while my vehicle was inside. I was forced to drive out myself with my car still covered in soap because the staff had no solution. I gave them a second chance because this is the closest LUV location to my home. That experience was even worse. Their equipment completely destroyed my side-view mirror. The staff members are the ones who position vehicles before entering the wash, so it's not as though I entered improperly or recklessly. I filed a damage claim and was told I would receive a response within 30 days. Instead, it took over two and a half months to hear back, only to be told they would not take responsibility for the damage caused by their equipment. I'm now out nearly $2,000. To make matters worse, several employees on-site acknowledged what happened, apologized, and accepted responsibility at the time of the incident. One employee even shared that his own vehicle had been damaged by the car wash and that he also had difficulty getting a response from the claims department. Between the malfunctioning equipment, the damage to my vehicle, the lack of accountability, and the failure to honor their own claims timeline, I would never return to this location. I currently have a membership and regret signing up. Avoid this location if you value your vehicle and expect a business to stand behind its mistakes. read more

I reported it immediately because they have cameras and know I have a membership there; however, they are completely irresponsible I've been waiting over three months for them to fix my car. Went on the day they had their free car wash. It was a big grand opening with freebies and they even had a hot dog stand. We arrived just in time to get the last hot dog. Luv Car Wash have a great deal for car washes that i noted on my photos. If needing a car wash and are in the area or live in the area, this wouldn't be a bad place to have your car washed at. They also provide free vacuuming and microfiber towels for you to use after the car wash. read more

I am a member and always go through the lane that is for monthly pass. And always a delay for the reason that the camera is not recognizing my license plate. I have to wait 5 minutes till a worker has to apologize over and over and open the gate to proceed. It happens way too much and it is an inconvenience now and I have to call you out on it. I have always went to this Carwash since it open and had the membership since then but on Sunday I went and they gave me a hard time about a Truck Bed Tonneau Cover that is roll up and very secure. I have always wash the truck like at different locations never had a problem. Manager doesn't know what he's doing very rude and told us not to come back because of it. read more

I'll never come back here again. This place was great when it was Inglewood Express Car Wash--a local favorite with a consistently good service, great value, volume rewards, and friendly staff. Now it's just an overpriced corporate machine. Prices are now $5 more at a minimum for each type of wash and the basic soap-and-water wash is $12, which is ludicrous. On top of that, the line, with its Las Vegas-bright digital billboard-style signs, moved slowly because the general manager was stopping everyone to pitch them before allowing them to proceed through the wash, so my introduction to LUV was him trying to upsell me on a monthly plan. This is literally the ONLY car wash I go to, and today just reminded me why I'll never stop going. I accidentally locked myself out of my car with my keys and phone inside . I walked up to Arianna for help, and she did not hesitate. Even though she had to stay at her post and keep helping customers, she immediately called her coworkers and made sure I wasn't alone. She kept asking if I was okay and even let me use her phone without question and was such a sweetheart, which I appreciated so much. Then Mario came hopped into action trying to find anything that could help, he was looking for a car kit, a hanger, anything honestly. Edgar came and literally spent like 30 minutes trying to get into my car with this weak little hanger, and even though it wasn't showing much progress at first, he kept trying ! He left, came back with another tool, and STILL managed to not get upset with helping me. I was amazed. Mario kept coming back every few minutes to check on us, crack a few jokes, and help keep my anxiety down. He honestly made me feel way better because I was definitely worried. Then Abby pulled up and helped Edgar too, they got it open together as a team and I was in awe . I tried to tip all of them because they really went above and beyond for me, and NONE of them would take it. They genuinely helped me out of the kindness of their hearts and it showed and made me so thankful. If I could give each of them 5 stars individually, I would. They really have the best customer service ever, and I always feel good spending my money here. Their staff is the sweetest and never made me feel bad for the stupid mistake I made. AND to top it all off, they were doing free car washes today with hot dogs and goodie bags too ! Big shoutout to Arianna, Edgar, Mario, and Abby. Thank y'all so much. The staff was very friendly & informative. The quality of the car wash was fantastic. Fast, professional service with fair prices.

Diego was so kind, patient and amazingly helpful. He handled all of my request quickly and he even helped me locate my missing license plate that got detached in the wash. He helped me and all of the customers that were in my area with kindness and speed. He even made sure that I had an air freshener before I left. I will be back because of his customer service. It's been over nearly a month and a half now that we've been trying to get a hold of anyone regarding damage that the car wash caused to our car with ZERO response from "corporate" and have been given the run around nonstop we even had to physically drive back ourselves to try to get some type of update and we were told that they would eventually get back to us. We have emailed repeatedly in hopes of any type of response and still nothing yet to come on here and see that the manager is responding to reviews is baffling. read more

I signed up for one of the promotional deals and received no receipt no confirmation of the membership, absolutely no information on how to manage my membership and then when I was charged and requested the membership canceled and to be refunded they said I had to cancel 3 days before the billing date when there is nothing even on paper I even have a membership, what my billing date is, what the amount is etc. The only information I have on this membership I was encouraged to get is my bank statements. I never even was emailed or texted a receipt. What kind of company operates this way? I took my car to wash and bought the less expensive because it was just dusty. I went through the machine and quest what. The brush didn't come down to wash on top of my car. I told the lady the front and she said to is because I bought the cheap wash. I had never heard such a thing. She told me to go through again and what you think happened. I've been a member of this Luv's car wash since it opened at this location and I've never had a bad experience until recently. I recently went to this car wash at 7:30am, which is the time that they're supposed to open, and they were not open yet. I asked the worker there what time they opened and he stated that they opened at different times and that on this day (Wednesday) they opened at 8am. When I asked the worker why they opened at 8:00 am instead of 7:30am, the worker said that's what time they opened today and walked away with an attitude. When I tired to inquire further from the worker about the time discrepancy, he said that if I didn't like it, then I could cancel my membership. So I let it go and then I returned a few days later to this same location and while I was taking to another car wash employee , this same worker came to me angrily and stated that the last time I was there, I called him short and he was upset about that. I later found out this worker was a supervisor named Albert who I feel was very unprofessional towards me. read more

I usually pay a little less at a different car wash business I go to but I appreciate the amenities at LUV much more which is why I decided to come back. System automatically identifies the car by the license plate when you enter and an attendant hoses down your can and guides you into the auto wash. Automatic car wash with brushes do a decent job. Luv Car Wash purchased Inglewood Express Car Wash. Yes, news to me. Well, now I know. Not only did Inglewood Car Wash continue to deduct the monthly automatic payment for car washes, but Luv Car Wash was taking out money at the exact same time. I discovered this when I was reviewing my online bank statements and noticed Luv Car Wash had taken money out of my bank account (I had no idea who they were; never heard of them). To add insult to injury, when I reached out to Luv Car Wash, they asked via text to send over my license plate number, ID from the tag on my car, and name. At this point, I reached out to the bank to stop payment on both companies and will not do business with these people. I also told them I was revoking my automatic payment agreement, which holds them accountable by law, and they can no longer deduct money from my bank account. I guess it's all in the details. With their rather nefarious business practices, they have lost a customer and hopefully this will alert others that are unaware. read more
