We are big hookah aficionados, and this spot earns an infinite amount of stars from us. We ordered the Luna's Mix thanks to a great recommendation from the bartender, Bellen. They use a lotus leaf with a cage around the charcoal, and it was amazing. The rest of the staff was just as incredible. Our waiter, Daniel, and the hostess, Yasmin, took amazing care of us. As a Latino family, we loved how comfortable we felt speaking both Spanish and English with the team. The food was top-tier too--we shared the nachos (the spicy smoked salsa was my favorite!), Cajun fries, and nacho tacos. The DJ started right at 11 PM, and they stay open until 5 AM, which is a huge plus. The whole crew here is doing a fantastic job. I waited approximately 25 minutes just to be acknowledged, only to be told to continue waiting. Calling that a "brief wait" does not accurately reflect my experience. Additionally, the patio had only three tables, which were already occupied when I arrived, despite your claim that a space had been specifically reserved for my group. Whether the photos on your website are edited or not does not change the fact that the overall experience and atmosphere were completely different from how the venue is presented online. The website gives the impression of an upscale hookah lounge/club experience, which was not what I encountered. My review was based on my actual experience as a paying customer.
