Overall, it was a great experience and the driver was phenomenal and very accommodating. The cherry on top was the great old skool playlist that kept us all singing and dancing the entire time. We went for trivia and expected it to be the same as always, unfortunately it was not. They erased our points we've earned for a free glass, these are no longer honored. The menu has significantly changed: flights are $2-$3 more, no longer include flight bites, an upcharge for premium pours (which is understandable), no longer has a $5 bottle credit, and each glass is now $3-$5 more per pour. Why did you have to make every last item on the menu more expensive? I understand that the economy and inflation contribute to these things, but to increase the price and get less on everything throughout the menu plus not honor points earned for a free glass is a slap in the face. I'm just crushed at the blatant disrespect for the regulars that come every week for trivia or other events, no warning. Our trivia night just got a whole lot more expensive and we will be looking at other locations with more reasonably priced beverages and snacks. I hope they still allow us to bring in our own food, they did this week but who knows if that will also change. The staff seemed stressed telling us the new rules as well.

They no longer have the scenic hayride that used to include a free donut and a cup of apple cider with your ticket purchase. Now, it's $5 per person, and instead of a peaceful scenic ride, it stops at every station and they no longer give you a donut & cider with ticket purchase. When we asked about the change, we were told it was because they weren't making money off the old setup. I understand businesses need to adjust, but it really took away from the experience. That scenic ride with the cider and donut was always one of the highlights for us ; something we truly looked forward to every year. They did add more bouncy houses for the kids, which is nice, but the ones they had before were just as fun. The food was about the same, decent, but nothing special. It was noticeably more expensive this year. $5 for a single ear of corn felt excessive. On the positive side, the cinnamon donuts are still amazing, and the apple cider is as delicious as ever. I also enjoyed the wine tasting, which is always fun, though seating is still limited and could be improved. Overall, the visit just didn't have the same charm or warmth as before. We still had an okay time, but it didn't feel as memorable as past years. Sadly, I think this might be our last year visiting, we'll probably look for a new orchard next fall.

We'd heard good things about Eloise, and attempted to contact them in regards to booking a private investigation. My friend and I both called on a Fri/Sat, and left 3 messages each, on voice mail. Also emailed. Didn't hear back until the following Thursday, via a voice mail. It took them almost a week to get back to us. By this time we had given up, and booked somewhere else. They need to get their act together, and reply to people in a timely manner.
