I was referred to this salon by a friend who has been going there for a long time. I desperately needed someone to fix my hair because I took the scissors to it myself and I made a big mistake. I called and left a message and didn't get a call back so I called again and I got the owner. I told her that her long-time client had referred me and explained how I desperately needed a good cut and she came highly recommended. I told her what I had done and how desperately I needed someone to fix my hair. She told me that she didn't have any availability through the following week so she suggested that I give her my number in case an opening became available. Never got that call and that is fine, but then I called yet again and left a message letting her know that I still desperately needed to make an appointment for the future. That was two days ago. I have yet to hear back. I wouldn't go there if somebody paid me, because I find her to be down right rude.
