We had new gutters installed over our entire home in February of 2023. Since they immediately fixed it, I thought they looked beautiful and all was well. Unfortunately, now, just two years later, after a recent October rain fall, I am seeing two more seams that were poorly sealed leaking through! They advertise as being seamless, but that has not been the case. I called a few times, confirmed we were under warranty, am told someone will call me back to schedule the repair, but no-one does. This seemed like a nice company, so it's disappointing that the product and relationship has failed now with more rain on the way next week.

I decided to stay with sheet metal gutters and only replace the gutters on the defective side. I appreciate that Alex didn't try to upsell me to replace all sides as others did. I felt that the Alex Gutter approach (removing 1st row of tiles, replacing the gutters, adding new roof paper, and then putting the tiles back) was the safest and most professional option for my tile roof. I also felt most comfortable hiring a team with experience replacing roofs. In addition to the new gutters, the guys added a new sheet metal downspout and cleaned the rest of my gutters.
