Making an appt was pretty easy here. I was able to get in the same day. When I walked in I was promptly seated at my appt time .I went in for a pedicure and the service was pretty speedy and effective. It wasn't the best pedi I got but it definitely was not the worse. The day after my appt my pedi started chipping and I was on my vacay with chipped toes..which was less than ideal. I don't know if it was the polish or what but to not get even 48 hours out of a pedicure paint job is pretty poor. I would not come back here.

I have always received excellent service --which is every two weeks--for nails and a pedicure. At no time, has anyone working at Jin Queen been rude or condescending to me. For context, I'm originally from California where it's easy to find high-quality nail work at reasonable prices. The agreement says, he can charge 50% if not cancelled ahead. The guy charged the full amount to the credit card on file. 2) My other son went for a perm for what he expected was $120. When I checked the card charges later, the charge was for $189. Unfortunately, my husband who paid for the service did not question the charges. Regardless, the guy should not have added extras without disclosing. 3) My daughter scheduled a haircut with no blow dry. When I am paying, the guy charged for the amount with blow dry and blamed my daughter for not speaking up. Because of that guy's lack of customer service skills, he just lost a family of 6, and earned a bad review.
