She's always good at being on time with appointments too which is a huge plus! The agreement says, he can charge 50% if not cancelled ahead. The guy charged the full amount to the credit card on file. 2) My other son went for a perm for what he expected was $120. When I checked the card charges later, the charge was for $189. Unfortunately, my husband who paid for the service did not question the charges. Regardless, the guy should not have added extras without disclosing. 3) My daughter scheduled a haircut with no blow dry. When I am paying, the guy charged for the amount with blow dry and blamed my daughter for not speaking up. Because of that guy's lack of customer service skills, he just lost a family of 6, and earned a bad review.

Maybe she just found this out, but it would have been nice to know before coming in or I would have brought cash. There wasn't any apparent attempt to fix it. She just said to Venmo the money. I don't have Venmo so I had to spend like 10 minutes setting it up, adding credit card, then paying a fee on top of it to process credit cards. There was no apology. She then said they'd raised their prices but not on the website and not in the store. That felt super shady. The services were good but the tech issues of payment and nonchalance to it was frustrating. If you do come here, make sure to ask before service what pricing or else they'll just charge whatever they are in the mood for that day.

They are so kind and will always tell you what promotions are running or what different payment plans there are, but they never try to forcefully up-sell you on anything. My only complaint is that the estheticians can be really pushy on getting you to tip them via Venmo or Cash App rather than on your card when you check out at the front desk. Making an appt was pretty easy here. I was able to get in the same day. When I walked in I was promptly seated at my appt time .I went in for a pedicure and the service was pretty speedy and effective. It wasn't the best pedi I got but it definitely was not the worse. The day after my appt my pedi started chipping and I was on my vacay with chipped toes..which was less than ideal. I don't know if it was the polish or what but to not get even 48 hours out of a pedicure paint job is pretty poor. I would not come back here.
