I think Nail salon reviews are more subjective than really any other kind of review because truly you can think one person did an amazing job on your nails meanwhile some one else wouldn't be satisfied with the same service...with that said I always try to extend a bit of grace when it comes to these types. Making an appt was pretty easy here. I was able to get in the same day. When I walked in I was promptly seated at my appt time .I went in for a pedicure and the service was pretty speedy and effective. It wasn't the best pedi I got but it definitely was not the worse. The day after my appt my pedi started chipping and I was on my vacay with chipped toes..which was less than ideal. I don't know if it was the polish or what but to not get even 48 hours out of a pedicure paint job is pretty poor. I would not come back here. read more

I have tried a lotttttt of nail salons and this has to be one of the better ones in the area. Janeth did my nails and she should get an award for the attention she gave my cuticles. She cleaned them up SO well. My gel manicure was $33 which is a pretty common price for the area. The salon is small, three chairs for manicure and I think four pedicure stations. They have a good selection of colors and the only thing I didnt like was it is slightly difficult to see all the colors because they are displayed on a ring with individual colors separated as opposed to a book or something that showed the colors more easily. I do have a regular salon that I go to but they are facing some competition from this place because I had such a good experience. read more

The waiting time is horrible WITH appointment. My daughter of 7 and I had an appointment at 4. by the time they got to her it was 5 pm. She had her feet soaking in water for more than half an hour. Very disrespectful of the time. read more

I really wanted to love this place. The ladies there are so nice but the way my manicure turned out this was very sloppy,uneven and just awful for the price I was charged ($80 for manicure and pedicure). The acrylic is very lumpy and thick. When i first arrived and showed the young lady a picture of what I wanted she stated that the person that could do the design was off and would be in on Monday but she would ask her sister if she could do it. I showed the sister the design and she said she could do the design I wanted. I should have just passed on the manicure because to see the young lady struggle with attempting to use the paper nail form sticky's was a disaster. She didn't seem very experienced. You would have thought it was her first time . Needless to say I will not be going back to this business. The only thing I was satisfied with was my pedicure. Manicure was was very sloppy and a waste of money. Got me looking like I got on press on nails. Now I have to go somewhere to get my nails redone and spend more money. Smh read more

Tried this salon last Tuesday for the first time, received a gel manicure. As soon as I walked in one of the employees had made a comment as if I was interrupting her doing a service on herself. In any case, I had no complaints at that time. The gel manicure came out fine and was what I had asked for. Throughout the rest of the week I had noticed that the top coat was unevenly sealed and my nails had been easily stained, as well as chipped prematurely. (No hard labor/cleaning/damaging activities to take the fault). Today, Monday day 6 I decided to return to salon in hopes of some solution to this early deterioration of the gel. As soon as I stepped into the door, I had explained to one of the employees that I had this issue and was wondering what were my options. I am not one to complain or to ask for something for free, but I felt in this case something could have been done. I explained that I never had this particular color before and thought that it may have been the problem. She had asked me if I wanted the same or change, since she offered I agreed and said lets change the color. Throughout the manicure the technician was very unprofessional and preoccupied on her phone texting and taking calls. I've never had this kind of service take over an hour to complete. I tipped the technician because she did spend her time doing the manicure. As I thanked the staff and was walking out, I knew there was miscommunication. She said it'll be $33..... Needless to say they charged me another $15 for the service today. I understand every business needs to make money, however there was a reason why I communicated with the staff member prior to the service to avoid this misunderstanding. In total, I have spent $60 in the past 2 weeks for poor service that could have been avoided the first time around. I have been there twice and both times I got a great gel manicure. Fanny took her time with my nails and did a great job. I haven't had a pedicure but will do that next time. My mom did both gel manicure and regular pedicure and loved it. The price is also very good. Some salons can be so expensive. The staff is super sweet and both owners (sisters) are also very nice. The place is clean and neat. The kicker was the fantastic massage Fanny gave me while my nails were under the light! Thank you!!! Paris Nail Salon...I will be back!!! read more

Came here for a Brazilian and I was very hesitant because I always go to the European Wax Center. My wax experience was so amazing and for $50 it is waaay worth the price. The wax lady was so sweet and always asked if the wax was too hot or not. Left with no pain and very satisfied. read more

Service is terrible...they take 2 hours to do acrylic fill ins and over book appointments. I've been to this place a few times and every time I go I sit there for an hour for them to even take me because of their overbooking and another hour or two to do my fill ins! I've had them start my nails and push me to the side to wait while they start another costumers nails. Another thing is the prices say gel fill ins are $35 and I handed the lady a 40 and I did not get my change back while my friend got the same exact thing as me and was charged only $30. This is place is ridiculously and needs better service!!! read more
