We knew about some of the damage under the stucco prior to purchasing our new house, but we didn't know just how extensive it was in some places where the original builder hadn't properly installed flashing around some of the windows, drip edges, and roof soffits. We also didn't know that the deck wasn't built to code and wasn't even properly attached to the frame of the house (just the exterior stucco). Not only that, but the deck support posts were just driven straight into the ground with a small concrete ring around the top to give the impression of a proper footing to fool inspectors. Thanks to Super Siders, we now have new siding, a new metal roof, new windows, a new front door, and a beautiful new deck (that is entirely up to code with proper footings!). Russ and his team helped us through every step from initial design to completion of the work. (The design computer renders are even fairly accurate to how everything ended up looking!) As with any project this side, there are going to be some unexpected issues, but the Super Siders crews handled all of them to our satisfaction, letting us know what was happening and anything that needed to be done to fix the problems. This included building a custom rain diverter over the deck pergola and working with the roof vendor to make sure the lifetime warranty wouldn't be impacted! Douglas came out to my house (he was right on time too) to check on my chimney which has had a few rain leakage issues. I was concerned it might be an expensive problem, but Douglas' manner was very relaxed and reassuring. Before he climbed his ladder, he told me he would not recommend any work that was unnecessary. True to his word, he came down and told me it was actually not too difficult to fix and that he could return later in the week and get it all set for me.
