I contracted with them to build a six seater club car and they rushed through to finish it before moving to their new building. There was my mistake... They rushed through and the fit and finish of the golf cart is horrendous. I have trim pieces that fall off the wheels are out of tow, the suspension is done wrong. I have to silicone it every couple of weeks work the squeaking is so bad you can't talk to the person next to you, the radio makes it awful sound when not playing and list goes on. When I asked them to correct it, they quickly pointed to the invoice and says that the cart is only covered under electrical warranty. Good luck to anyone that deals with them. I suggest you look out.

Everyone wanted to sell restoration packages for more than $9k. Finally visited Suncoast looking to purchase a replacement cart. Ryan asked a couple questions and learned we had a perfectly good cart that just needed to be fixed. He picked it up from Ft Myers (for a ridiculously low charge) and made our cart better (improved controller and lithium batteries instead of lead acid) in three days for less than what others wanted just to "restore" the cart.

We were approached by Logan who was extremely helpful with no pressure and helped us to design our perfect golf cart. He offered suggestions and recommendations and had the patience to deal with my many questions and indecision. He was WONDERFUL! We left that day with a deposit and received our cart a couple of weeks later. We cant say enough about our experience with American Pride. Alex built our cart and was sweet and wonderful when we came to see it for the first time. Warrren in service is all about the service and does what he says.
