Went there for an oil change and to check out if I have any issues with my car, since I have an engine check light. The professionalism wasn't there, wanted to give me some average oil even though my car requires best oil, which I personally had to tell them. Then told me nothing about the engine. Speed: Took 1.5/2 hours to get the oil that I wanted and change it. Value: Terrible, paid $220 for an oil change, where I can go and spend $250 at the professional shop, with all the original parts. Overall: Very disappointing, do not recommend.

Not only did they not even try, but talked me out of something that I thought might be necessary. Even sent me pictures later with the engine apart to show me it wasn't needed. Very honest and transparent. Explained everything beforehand, stuck to their estimate 100%. Waiting room is clean and comfortable, shop area is clean, neat, and organized. Saved me a good bit of money compared to Toyota on this job. I will use them from now on.
