Awesome place! Workers in parts center were super nice and helpful! They were able to fix my tire in a timely manner and didn't overcharge!

Had a lithium battery conversion done to my 2018 golf cart. Received the cart after the conversion only to find the brake lights no longer worked. Contacted the service dept. and a tech was sent out. Tech claimed the brake lights never worked and after spending time was able to resolve the problem. I have a video that shows the cart with the brake lights working prior to the conversion. Drove the cart until the battery required charging. Plugged in per instructions overnight and no charge. Contacted service dept. on Monday, and again on Wed. after no response. Basically I was told how to troubleshoot the problem including connecting and disconnecting several cords to the charger and charger port. Found what I believed was the problem and used some electrical tape to make sure the cords didn't come apart again. I've requested twice to have conformation from the company to assure if I have an issue down the road that they will actually come out and resolve the problem and I've yet to receive a response 2 weeks later. The cost of the conversion was competitive but the follow-up was less than expected for the amount of money spent. I'm still waiting for a copy of the payment receipt that I was promised and have asked for a second time. read more

I'd give a zero if I could!!! Not only did they give us a date golf cart would be delivered and it was weeks later but it's been in the shop more than the length of tome we have owned it. Unless you call them and email them over and over you will not hear back from them! And when you do they say the rubbing noise in the breaks "is normal" I wouldn't recommend them building anything! Needed new tires, so we went to Custom Carts yesterday. Talk about blowing your expectations... We got there around 12:30pm, the Service team was outstanding, they took our order and she scheduled us for Monday, then out of their driveway she calls, and said she had a cancellation and if we wanted they could do the work today. In 15 min there was a truck picking up the cart, and in 2 hours it was back at our house with new sneakers, and having a 15 point checkup. Whole thing took 2.5 hours !!! in Florida !!! Great Service with a great team in the service department... In Florida !!! Who knew that there were actually service teams that care about the customer... Custom Carts have the folks we have been looking for.. The rest of Florida needs to watch out... Now about that free coffee mug..... read more

The Bait and Switch Kings! I was shopping for a new Club Car Onward. Custom carts had one that suited my needs on their website. I called and spoke with a very professional sales person. They quoted me a price on that exact cart. I drove to our house in Florida and took the afternoon off to visit custom carts and purchase the very cart discussed. I saw the cart and after looking it over decided to purchase. At this point they raised the price $800 over what was quoted (again, for the exact same cart). They state they only go purely on what the MSRP is listed as on the club car website, plus freight, setup...etc. That would be fine if that is what I was originally quoted. Basically it was take it or leave it. At the end of the day it wasn't the $800 (I would have likely paid that price if that what was originally quoted), but rather the principal of the matter. They were rude and highly unprofessional. I would love to give them a great review but at the end of the day they tried scamming me. Also, note on the website that they show carts in their "Inventory". This is not the case. They state that they put that on there so people can see what the carts look like, but usually they don't actually have those in actual inventory. What is listed in inventory is therefore most likely just an example of what they can build for you. Thats not a deal breaker, but buyer beware. They don't have a fraction of what they show online as in "inventory". I hope this review is helpful and keeps others from getting scammed by this dishonest company. read more
