She also failed to mention that she had to strip my hair three times, leaving it in a worse texture than before, despite telling me it wouldn't cause any damage. It had been awhile since my last trim / cut and my ends were very split and my hair was snarly and damaged from bleaching it several times over the past few months... But thanks to Stephen, it actually feels incredibly soft, the split ends are all gone and it feels thick and healthy... like he actually brought it back to life.... I'm so happy with it.
