I have passed by here for years but never went in. But after a recommendation i decided to try it out. They did a great job and were very quick with eyebrow threading. I walked in around 2pm and waited no more than a few minutes to be sat even with someone ahead of me. They had a calm atmosphere and were extremely quick with quality work! This IS my last visit after four attempts. My first two visits went well, which led me to return a third time. However, I noticed a small cut& the thread felt very thin. I had requested my preferred technician from my first visit, but when I arrived, she was busy with a mother-daughter duo for henna tattoos. I chose to wait for her, even at the risk of being late for work. When I finally received service, the thread was rough, and I noticed another cut. I didn't say anything thinking perhaps I waited too long this time. After the technician was done at check out she says "You know the other girl is good too." I found that unprofessional, especially before starting I offered to return the next day if it was too busy. On my fourth visit, I tried a new technician while my original was on the phone. The thread was again thin and rough, leading to abrasions that hurt. Despite my ten years of experience with threading, this was the worst I've encountered. The new technician lacked skill, and my eyebrows turned out poorly. Given the cheap thread and the dismissive attitude, I'll be looking for a new place to get my brows done. I've never had issues with technicians wanting to build a relationship until now. If they can't deliver quality service, they should consider other ways to improve their business instead of pushing clients away. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place, especially with the poor quality of materials used. read more

This has become my new place. They're always quick and don't have much of a wait. I did notice two different styles of brow threading between the two different ladies that have done my eyebrows. I personally don't mind since the shape is my biggest concern. However if you like thick eyebrows you should probably make mention of it because one of the two ladies who did my eyebrows the second time made them noticeably thinner. Again, shape was great and I still liked the end result. This is very reasonably priced at 8$ for eyebrows so this is my new regular spot. They also accept cards but will charge you a $1 card fee. read more

It was my first time here and I had a good experience, I wish this location was closer to me! Walked in around 640, no wait and got my eyebrows threading and was out by 650. The only plus was that I was seen immediately. This was the most painful threading I've ever gotten. She was rough, the string was pulled against the bridge of my nose and left marks, my eyebrows were bleeding when I got out to the car. I still have little scabs on my eyes. I don't know why every time I ask for my eyebrows not to be widened out from the center I walk out and notice an inch has been taken off the center of my eyebrows. Especially when I say this while you're about to start working on the center. I'm so irritated Update: I came home and actually saw my eyebrows in the light. This was good when I first went there over a year ago. Now not so much! The younger girl does better eyebrows than the older rude lady! She constantly messes up my eyebrows after letting them grow out! And it's as if you can't wait for the girl you want. Plus they don't sanitize chairs hands and who knows what else in between clients. They didn't do this before COVID and now when they should they don't. It's so gross! And they don't wear masks. I have been going to this place for years and have had no problems; however, I got my eyebrows done by a (new? It was my first time seeing her) girl here and I'm regretting it so much, I cried when I got home and saw them in the mirror. I spent months growing out my brows and came here to get them cleaned up and the woman who did them (I think her name is harjot?) not only took off nearly half of my eyebrows, she shaped them so unevenly. They are the thinnest they've ever been in my life, and the shape is so wonky. I've been getting my eyebrows done for 10 years, and no experience comes close to this one. They are HORRIBLE for taking precautions for COVID. The lady was wearing a mask but it was below BOTH her nose AND mouth!! And she had the thread in her mouth!! I know it's easier that way but other places have accustomed to other methods bc of COVID!! Also the brush she used on my eyebrows was the one she used on everyone, no sanitizing or anything like that!! I'm HORRIFIED. When I came in today, there was a long line. I waited for about 15-20 minutes before getting in the chair. One threading specialist did my upper lip and then the other threading specialist did my eyebrows. Overall, they did a great job on my eyebrows and upper lip. I liked this place the first time I came in here. The girl working here is very nice and has a lot of patience. She's fast and leaves the eyebrows nice and clean.
