I found Egyptian nails because it's close to my work. I initially went for just a quick pedicure waiting on another appointment, but the spa was so new and nice and service so great that I went back again, this time to get a manicure and full set of nails. Sarah is great and does a wonderful job. I showed her a picture of some Christmas nails I wanted and she copied them perfectly. I was able to make an appointment within a few hours of calling. The spa appeared clean and I did not have to wait upon my arrival. They offer a wide variety of services to pamper your hands or feet. I chose one of the pedicure options, (The Pamper Me) it included a nice foot soak, nail treatment, foot scrub, foot and lower leg massage, hot towel wrap and choice of nail polish. I like the fact that the massage portion was adequate and relaxing and that they offer a variety of price points for each service for example, I think there are at least four different pedicure options with different price points and upgrades. They offer a military discount on certain week days of the week with valid ID. The staff appeared attentive, I think I would return in the future. read more

I visited Egyptian nails for the first time today and the service was impeccable. I was a walk in client and they have a nice reservation system that you sign into using your phone number in case there is a wait. I was offered a drink to start (they have sodas, mimosas and water). I was also offered snacks. They sat me in a pedicure chair which even had a small stool to place my purse on. I was given a menu of nail colors and pedicure options. I went with the pamper me, which included callous treatment, nail color, an exfoliation scrub, hot towels, and a massage with lotion. My pedicure was great and technician was so nice to keep checking that I wasn't in any pain (I have runner's feet lol). They also are having their grand opening March 8, 2025 with all kind of giveaways. Make sure to stop in!! read more

If I could give no stars... I would. Rude employees- if I have a question or concern, no need to call over the rest of the staff to talk about It and laugh in front of me. No need to pressure me into adding services when I clearly said I don't want to. Definitely no need to start being nice around the time to pay because I'm not tipping you after you were rude the whole entire appointment. Your paint job was unimpressive and you gave me nothing but troubles at check out with my methods of payment. Highly suggest checking out several other spots in the area before going here. read more

This place isn't just beautiful on the outside--it's just as gorgeous inside too. The service? 10/10! Lilly did my nails and she DID THAT! She took her time, nailed exactly what I asked for, and was super sweet and kind. AG did my pedicure and it was sooo soothing and relaxing. She really took her time and made them look amazing. Good location. Clean interior and exterior. Price for basic service is reasonable. Quality is so so. My tech was the hostess. I don't think she normally does nails. But I wanted basic manicure and polish. My cuticles needed more attention than it received. So my nail polish came off here and there within two days. And the pedicure was good. But as I sat and watched waiting to be served I saw they don't leave there nail tools in the sanitizer that long and sometimes don't make sure door is closed. So I was nervous after that. My feet also didn't get the scrub that it should have gotten but the polish she put on was very good and lasted a month. It was regular polish. But it even looked nicer than my nails. It was a different lady that did my feet. So it was 90 with the tip. I will go back to the one further from Me because I get the same basic and it's done way better and almost close to same price. They are busy here so Maybe it was the techs I had but I don't want to keep paying until I find which tech is good. So I go to the other place I use to go to. read more

Horrible experience. I had an ingrown toe nail and the male nail tech started cutting and trying to rip it out. I told him he didn't need to remove it and he brushed me off. It was so painful I started passing out. I told him I was passing out and to stop and he didn't. My sister was with me and she asked her nail tech to get me water which he did. Neither of these men even acknowledged what was happening. I now have to go to the podiatrist to get it looked at because it isn't healing properly and he didn't get the full nail out. So if you have an ingrown beware! read more

I was so nervous to go to another disappointment of a nail salon in Charleston that charges an arm and a leg and gives poor customer service...THIS PLACE IS THE EXACT OPPOSITE! I was serviced by Tiffany for a gel pedicure and it was a 10/10 pedicure. She was friendly, understanding of adjustments I mentioned, and very patient to make sure I was happy with the color I chose (I was deciding between about 4 colors.) This is the only place I will go for my nail services from now on when in Charleston (I used to travel to Atlanta every time I wanted my nails done so believe me when I say that means a lot.) I was served a mimosa and met with calming music and a spotless salon as well. Please do not hesitate to come here, it was such an amazing experience! read more

first off it's very hot in their establishment. I asked the lady three times if they offered a service and she said yes but when the service was performed they didn't. the massage was cheesy he tickled me more than rubbed my legs and when he went to scrub my feet it was so light felt like a 3rd grader was scrubbing it. my wife told him several times to do it harder and he ignored her. I will have to pay for a service they lied and said they provided and I will have to go home and do MY OWN pedicure the RIGHT WAY! never will I return here! the same calluses I came in with is the same one I'm leaving with!! read more

I have been to this salon 3 times since it opened. The first time was great service and quality. The last two times have been horrible. I got gel X nails and within 7 days one of the nails popped off. The most recent time on 7/21 I brought my five year old. The say they service children, but unless you have an older or bigger kid, a pedicure is not possible as they don't have chairs that accommodate and the pillow they offer is not enough for smaller children. I allowed my five year old to get gel nails and the polish started peeling off less than 48 hours later, by the 4th day after every finger and 2 toes no longer had any polish. So, $40 down the drain for that. This was also not her first time getting gel nails, she had them once before at another salon and they lasted 2 weeks. I got S&S and my "polish" is already lifting 1.5 weeks later. I will not be returning to this salon. read more
