We moved to Charleston eight years ago, and I spent the first two years looking for a salon that would consistently give a good haircut. I first tried many of the lower budget salons, but ended up with bad cuts EVERY time. My hair is not difficult to deal with, so I didn't understand why it was always uneven, or crooked, or some other problem. My daughter discovered Bellezza when here on a visit; and we both made appointments. I have not gone anywhere else since then. When you get great service, a good consult, a great cut every time, why go anywhere else? I have taken my older granddaughter in a couple of times on her visits, and Kaleigh did a great job with her thick, curly hair. My stylist is Leanne Anderson, and she does great color as well as meeting all the above criteria. Owner Angie makes sure that her staff all does continuing education and that the facility is top notch; and all the team members are willing to help each other out. I have been going to Bellezza longer than I care to admit and I have seen a few stylists. I change stylists because I go with my aunt and she has to to have Gina (who is awesome) so I have to work around their schedules and I get who is available. I love all the girls there. They know us when we we call for an appointment, and they know us by first names. I had Casey today and she was an absolute gem. She did what I asked and perked my cut and color to an absolute perfect heaven that I did not know I needed. Casey was young and fun and I laughed and enjoyed her the hours I was there. I am sure we scared the other people there by us laughing and talking and having so much fun. I highly recommend her. I highly recommend this entire salon. I have always had the best salon experiences at Bellezza. Katherine welcomes everyone, handling appointment schedules and providing refreshments. However, because of Covid-19 the drinks were "off the table." A young lady was out front to insure health standards/compliance and to let my stylist, Amber , know that I had arrived. Amber has been my stylist from the beginning. She is very professional yet easy and comfortable to talk with. She goes to great lengths to insure that her clients get exactly what they are looking for in a haircut. She also introduces new products and explains the use and care needed. Love Bellezza Salon, they are fantastic stylist! My mother could not get her hair silver and it was two days before Thanksgiving. I called the salon to find out if they could get us in and they DID. Leann did a fabulous job correcting my mothers hair color and she gave her a beautiful style. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Went to Bellezza in an emergency and years later haven't left. Kaleigh is the best at what she does, particularly in color! She is the only person I trust with my eyebrows, as no other person has been able to pull off the shape she does. The staff is amazing and always willing to help. Bellezza was great! Highly suggest Selena if you want any fun colors! She did awesome on my hair! Happy with my shampoo, blow dry and haircut. I was a little taken aback with the price of the haircut. I just had one inch taken off the ends - blunt cut on shoulder length hair.
