Just had an amazing experience at Ferganic today!! Tyra gave me the best pedicure I've had in years!!! On my feet 3 days a week for 12 hours, in an emergency department, and my feet and calves were in rough shape! Hands gentle enough for my super tickle-ish feet, bet strong enough to really dig deep into those calf muscles!!! Vivian gave me an amazing manicure, considering my poor nails regularly split and crack! All products used were super clean and beautifully fragranced!! I'm definitely going to be back!!! read more

Very beautiful nail lounge. My only issue is why if I got a dip manicure there wasn't pushing back of the cuticles, cleaning under the nails, just a drill and dip? Same with the pedicure, he barely cares enough to give a proper nail service. I had to ask him after everything was done to remove the dead skin around the nails. Won't be back. I went today to LUXE nails aka "Ferganic Nails" anticipating to get a pedicure & a full set. I called beforehand, it was 5 pm, and I was the only customer in the place. First off I couldn't get my nails done because the person doing my pedicure did not know how to do acrylic on toes. That's fine. I told them toes were more important & I would worry about my hands later. My "pedicure" consisted of the lady doing a fill of the acrylic on my toes & painting my nails. No scrubbing, nothing that a pedicure usually consists of. I barely got to soak my feet. She then charged me $65.00 for a "acrylic new set" and that was it. I wanted to like this place but there's a serious lack of effort, although they want to charge premium prices. 0/10 I will not be back. read more

Needed an emergency pedicure for a bachelorette trip that I leave for in a day! This was close to my house, so I called in for availability. They took me within an hour from my phone call and when I arrived, I was so pleased! The salon was beautiful, clean, and felt really luxurious. The prices were great too! I waited for less than five minutes for my chair to be ready, and they offered me a cold water and the massage chairs were amazing! I have sensitive skin, the nail tech that I worked with, was so gentle and constantly checked in with me to see if I was feeling okay with pressure, filing, etc. It was a pleasant surprise to know that first time get a 20% discount on all services! I came in for a manicure and pedicure, and they were able to get me in right away, which I appreciated. However, my manicure ended up bubbling (shown in first photo), and despite the technician's best efforts to fix it, it didn't go away. I was there for an hour and a half, and eventually, the technician decided to redo the polish. Unfortunately, I had to leave so they asked me to come back the next day. When I returned, I had to wait about an hour, which was fine, but the technician who removed my polish did a rather sloppy job. The another technician (I believe was the owner) came over to repaint my nails and did a decent job. However, the previous technician then returned to apply a clear top coat but got it all over my skin. Overall, while my pedicure was decent, I was a bit disappointed with the service. The situation with my manicure wasn't handled as smoothly as I'd hoped, and I was told that the bubbling was my fault for not waiting long enough for the polish to dry -- even though it happened before I even left the salon. The second photo is my final manicure (I am guessing the color looks lighter due to less coats). The salon itself is clean and looks very nice. But personally, I'd recommend trying the Nail Spa in the plaza next door! read more

Tried this place twice now and had a bad manicure and pedicure both times. Nails are uneven, polish wasn't cleaned up around the nails, cuticles weren't done. Overall these were the worst mani pedis I have ever received. Tried different technicians both times and they all didn't do a good job. Unfortunately nails look awful and need to be redone. Confused on all the amazing reviews, and will also note that the 20% weekday discount was never applied. The place is nice, but would recommend folks look elsewhere for a nail salon. read more

I got a spa pedicure & dip manicure a few weeks back. They did both at the same time. The pedicure was pretty good! Nice massage & other services added in, but the polish did chip like a week later. The manicure was pretty rough ... there was no attention to shaping the nails, cuticles, or any other "manicuring" at all. The dip was left very thick & not shaped well. One finger also chipped like 3 days later and another cracked a couple days after that. I wish I had taken a picture but I just hated it & I think ripped them off a week later. read more

If I could give a zero, I would. Came here on my birthday with my mom. Both ladies were not friendly and ignored us. The one I had kept getting distracted by her phone. My manicure looked awful. The pedicure looked ok but I ended up getting an infection in my toe (you can see the progression in the photos) that required an urgent care visit, antibiotics and later surgery. read more

If I could give 6 stars I would!! Julia, Jen, and Tyra are the best!! I've been to this salon a couple of times now and it will be my new home nail base. I was new to the area and saw they were running a 20% off for first time customers. The vibe was great and very relaxing. The services are fast but quality!! I had a great experience. I came in as a walk in on a Saturday afternoon and they immediately sat me down. They removed my dip polish and then put on gel polish. It was $50 which I think it's pretty average but they took their time and were gentle and detailed so totally worth it. I got color 19 which is a cute bright pink. I would come back :) read more

I was referred to Ferganic Nails and Spa by my mom and I am so glad I went! The salon is very clean and bright. They offer so many colors for regular/gel polish as well as dip powders. I called the day before to make an appointment and was greeted immediately upon entering the salon and seated promptly. I got the paraffin wax pedicure ($55) and dip powder full set ($55). Tyra was my pedicure tech and Jenny did my manicure. Each service was about 1hr. I don't get pedicures regularly so this was such a treat and Tyra did a fantastic job! Jenny was the absolute sweetest and also did a great job on my nails. I would highly recommend Ferganic Nails and Spa to anyone that lives in or is visiting the Scottsdale area! This was my first time coming in for a pedicure! They did a great job. The place was new and very clean. The regular pedicure includes hot stones, scrub, a real orange, and hot towels! Wow. Just had THE best experience at Ferganic Nails and Spa. I'm in town visiting some family and needed to get my nails done for a wedding. Jennifer did an amazing job! I am obsessed with my Gel-x extensions. She had so many color options, way more than I ever have in Denver! Her salon is so beautiful and I really love that I have a 2 week warranty on my nails, so if anything happens or I have any issues, I can come right back in and she'll help me out! My nails turned out beautifully. I'm so so very pleased! The staff were very kind, and the salon was very clean and well maintained.

Never going there again!!! So many issues. They charge for different shape acrylics, don't paint your nails fully, can't even do the shape you want, rude, and prices are wrong. I just want a salon where they do a good job and the prices are correct. My "coffin" shape nails were blunt on one side and tilted on the other. So this caused me to think my nails were crooked. It was horrible. I went with my mom and friend and the only one. Dont say you can do this shape and charge me for it and not be able to pull it off. This was before Halloween. The salon was look clean but she used dirty tool to cut my cuticles. So terrible service customer. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!! Do not let the reviews and the stars fool you.
